Thanks for yet another nice video! I never knew a grown-up PBGV, but met a small puppy which was adorable! I love the rugged look and happy-go-lucky atmosphere they spread just by looking at them!
So sad this breed has been plagued with epilepsy. I had two from 1999 to 2016. Then Curtis from 2017 from 2020 only. He had bad epilepsy and the meds tore up his pancreas.
You are right, there is a breed Briquet Griffon Vendéen, which was developed from the Grand Griffon Vendéen. I will try to make a video about them as well.
Can somebody in the comment help me find the pbgv died of cancer and I don't know where to adopt another pbgv I got mine in the pound almost 13 years ago can somebody please help me
Have a search on Facebook. There are many associations. I don’t know where you live, but is common practice for adoptions to take place between European countries. Best of luck and sorry for your loss.
