I tried to made meat jun at home. Chef Mr Choi wrote a meat june recipe in the Honolulu Advertising Newspaper back in those days . Only once in my life I made Meat Jun. Onolicious! I do miss Korean-Hawaiian food. Aloha🤙
I used to like Soon's. Theirs is very thin. I consider Salt Lake to be part of town. Definitely not West Side. 😊 Have you tried Sam's Delicattesan on Nuuanu Ave. I like their chicken katsu and fish jun.
