Spicy Korean Dipping Sauce... Cho Jung... Simple But Ono!

Here is an old school Korean dipping sauce that our family has been making for as long as I can remember. Great for Sashimi, Katsu, Burgers, Fish-n-Chips, or anything that you want a sweet and spicy flavor... heck you can even eat it over rice... Give this recipe a try, I am sure you will enjoy it...
