Thanks for the shout out Mahe. We didn't mean to "scare" you about going the wrong way at the Hoopili pool ⛔😆, we were actually excited to see you. We truly appreciate what you do - it helped us a lot in our decision making.
One time we were shooting video in Ho’opili and people drove by honking and waving. Was that also you guys? Also, how could we have earned your business or gotten you to choose us for your purchase? Either way, congrats! :)
We went from a Spencer home on Maui in 2003 to a Towne Home in Kihei and now less than a year in another Towne Home in Wailuku and these homes are definitely made much cheaper!! Absolutely no sound proofing even with Bedroom still carpeted we hear everything!! I thought there was huge rain storm the first time i slept in downstairs bedroom and i find out it was the shower in upstairs bathroom!! We hear the air-condition running outside the bedrooms 24/7. Im sure wont take more than a category 3 or 4 hurricane to wipe this new construction!! Anuhea here is still doing a lottery and just put out phase 7 with a final count of 164 homes.... Im pretty sure the prices reflect inflation and the future lawsuits. Kehalani cottages residence just won a class action lawsuit against ( Stanford Carr) sorry for misspelling ... around $51,000 for each claim....btw love your videos.... We are hoping to buy condo near Waikiki or manoa for a couple of our kids to go to college and then for our retirement ( both of us former military!)
The problem with many of these new builds of condos is they’re made of wood, plyboard flooring. Makes it very noisy. That was the problem with many of the builds and Kunia townhomes that the upstairs units were very loud. Imagine if your upstairs neighbors don’t have carpeting on their floors
Well damn, with those prices, I doubt people will be waiting in line like it's a free food line or a school backpack and supply giveaway. People with that kind of money, don't usually wait in long lines for housing.
Hi Bee! Third party home inspections can be done in Hoopili, but there are a few things to note like certain limitations that whichever inspector you choose needs to follow. It's a little different than it is in open market, set up a call with me and we can talk story about it! -Mahe www.coreteamhawaii.com/buy
01:50 Did you notice that two trains were in that scene. One going right and another going left. I've never seen two at the same time. At $12+ Billion now I regret supporting HART when first proposed.
If you are making a cash offer in Hoopili, just be prepared to have your check ready for your deposit/reserve and a verification of funds for the full amount needed to purchasae. Let's hop on a call to discuss what different forms would be acceptable. -Mahe www.coreteamhawaii.com/buy
Sounds good, I don’t want to waste your time as it will be another 2 to 3 yrs before we move out there, I was just more curious if it had any affect on the lottery. We are looking into the Hoopili, Kapolei and Ewa Beach area and will be out there next April to start the hunt. Our big thing it that we have a daughter with special needs and is in a wheelchair, so finding a house to accommodate her needs is like finding a needle in a haystack. Mahalo for the reply! 🌺
Side note, I also started watching you guys to not only learn about the area, but to help with my pronunciation of the names. I’m really enjoying your content!
True, our cost of living is amongst the highest in the nation. But there are many paths to home ownership in Hawaii. It’s all about the strategy that matches the buyers ability and goal.
Best channel for Hawaii real estate
We really appreciate that 🙏

These are the more affordable new builds on the island. So for those in the market for new new, this is the option.
Very interested in moving there 😮
Feel free to chat with me about getting started! www.coreteamhawaii.com/buy

Love your videos. Do you recommend an inspection for new builds and if so can you recommend an inspector?

Also, as a *former* supporter of the rail, care to share what you initially liked about this plan?

Is this affordable housing? Hawaiian Homes should be doing this for young professionals.
950k affordable :(
I don’t understand who can afford these homes? Jobs dont pay enough in Hawaii
