2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5i. All stock exhaust (CA emissions) with Nameless Performance axleback exhaust with the 5" mufflers. Quick road test for exhaust sound at speed.

Thanks for posting this for 2.5i owners. Why did you choose this over the 4" mufflers? I'm debating on getting 4" and 5".

I wanted a mellow, subtle tone. I couldn't find any videos of these on a 2.5i, so I played it safe and got the bigger mufflers. I read a few forums where people who got the 4" for other subarus had wished they bought the 5".

I also posted a startup/revving video of this exhaust from outside the car. Check it out on my channel. This exhaust is actually really nice sounding when the engine is under load/accelerating, but it is very quiet once up to cruising speed. Absolutely no droning noise once up to speed.

I didn't want it to be too loud and droning, so I went with the quietest option.
