Thanks for the GTD Overview. I searched a lot on the topic of the GTD, but did not come across this list :)

Thanks for watching today. I really appreciate it. Leave me a comment to let me know if you have tried this method of a weekly review. How do you do things differently? I love learning from each other.

Your welcome. The check list I made for myself is very useful. I just used it again yesterday for my weekly review.

I need to pick your brain. I am using onenote for work. I take notes during meetings and use tags to keep track of all the things. the notes stay in my "inbox" notebook until i can process them. When I do a tag search/summary I get duplicates. Not sure how to avoid that.

I am not sure where your duplicates are coming from. I usually get duplicates if I create a tag summary page. So, I really only use the creation of a tags summary PAGE if
      1. I am going to be away from my desktop for a while - like traveling
      2. I am collecting all unfinished items from one year to the next ( migrating them forward)
Otherwise I run the tag summary and leave it in the gray box on the right hand side so as not to create duplicates. Remember you can run your tag summary based on the section or notebook that you want. I hope this helps. Sounds like you have a great system working for you.

How long have you been doing GTD?

A couple of years officially. But it is a very natural planning system that I have used as a teacher for 30 some years. For example, keeping a list of calls to make during my planning time, items to run copies of erc.😄etc. Good luck on your planning journey.
