Yes I use Google Calendar as well. However OneNote is more than just a planner, it is my life management tool. I store just about everything in OneNote I don't think Google Calendar would be able to accomplish all of that. But I do love the product. Thanks for sharing

@@CrystalClearLife Agreed. OneNote + To Do are my tools. I track individual projects on separate ON pages with the next actions defined on its ON page. When it's time to do the task, I flag it in ON and it appears on my To Do list. The result is many tasks from different projects are compiled into one list in To Do. I can look at a project's OneNote page and see what I've done, notes I've taken relevant to the project, and upcoming actions.

You are so welcome! You know you can recreate your perfect paper planner page in OneNote and be able to use it over and over again. I actually did a video called from paper to digital that walk you through the steps. I took my favorite day designer page and recreated it in OneNote. Good luck on your planning journey. I agree it is difficult to carry all of those things with you all the time. Having them in digital format available on your phone is a much simpler solution

You can make all the sections first, but I usually just start with one section and get it the way I want it and then make the others as I need them. I hate to put in a lot of time and effort and then find out that it's not working for me. So I build as I go. Thanks for watching🥰

So there is some integration with Outlook, however it will not display your calendar the way many of us wish that it would. Here is a video that I did about the integration. Hopefully you will find it helpful. Microsoft continues to add new features so maybe one day they will make a more seamless integration. Thanks. I get my columns the same width by going to view menu, turn on gridlines or graph paper. Adjust the columns and then turn it off. They don't have to be perfect for me. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the question. I build the table the way I want it. Then I go to the very top left cell, hit enter and the entire table moves down to give me a space to write a title and it all stays in the same container. I hope this helps. You're very welcome! And welcome to my community. I am excited to hear that you have learned a lot and are building your planner. I think you will find it invaluable as a teacher. Just the search capabilities alone are wonderful! If you teach the same grade level over and over, think about this think about writing your lesson plans in one section say all of your science lesson plans in a notebook broken down by subject. Then in your planner you simply create a link that takes you to that lesson plan. You could then use your same lesson plans over and over each year just plugging in the link that you need on the appropriate day. Just a thought. Or if you are someone who uses a lot of slide decks through PowerPoint or Google Slides, you could also add those slide deck links and from your lesson planning book simply launch them and begin your lesson.

I have you some monthly calendar in that format. The latest one I used is when I purchased from genuine Studios I believe it is in October plan with me from 2023. But if you want to make your own, it simply is a table that is 7 wide and six rows deep and you just add to the boxes as you go

Hey, thanks for asking. I do not currently sell my templates. But I have had many requests, so I should look into making them available. Thanks for the question.

I would create a notebook with a section for each week 1-52, or monthly sections with weekly subsections, depending on how you count your weeks. I would create a page template for each week that consists of a table to include customer name, account number, cell number, contact, carrier, problem, etc across the top. Then if your clients are recurring clients, you could link via the client name or number to a CRM or contact page that you set up for each client. where you could have additional information and a history of their issues. I would add rows to each table for problems Monday 1-10, Tuesday 1-10 etc. I think tables will be the best option for this. Check out the video where I reviewed a project managemnet notebook. The basis for the projects list I use here comes from the project management planner. So it shows you how I took one idea and turned it into something specific to meet my needs. Great question. If you make pages, like I make my weeks, subpages, the little arrow will appear and you can open or close that area.
