hey, i was thinking of doing a semester abroad in beijing, but tbh I am worried about the air pollution. how is your experience? is the air that bad and are there ways to protect yourself effectively??

I think the air pollution was not that bad. To protect, I would recommend using a mask and could go indoors if you are in a place with high pollution
