That's really encouraging to know! I decided to take the music out for many reasons but mainly because Joseph Pilates himself didn't use music in classes as he wanted people to move to the rhythm of their own bodies. Pretty cool! x

wow that was a stretch class! I especially like that each class it is a different challenge of different lengths - day 11 calm and short, day 12 longer and tougher etc.. Thank you and yes great no music, having a hearing problem music totally interferes with my aids & I have to strain to hear & understand. Thanks
OK this was delicious!! I've honestly been struggling with this 24 day challenge but I will definitely be coming back to this 10 minute stretch in the future. Love.

I was very grateful for a shorter & easier day! This was very similar to much of the yoga I do, so it was a very natural & enjoyable class! Overall, the challenge is great! It's kicking my butt- in the best way! 😅
