That's it, you picked up that it's a fun song. These five young ladies seem to enjoy making music so much, whatever the "Style."
The video is filled with references to other old music videos of 20 years ago, like the goldfish. The first that jump out for me are the the fisheye lens, rooftop setting, and analog video synthesizer manipulation effect in one of the opening clips, as these are a direct reference to the early BEASTIE BOY videos for SHAKE YOUR RUMP and SO, WHATCHA WANT?
It's another Haraguchi-san written song -- same as Hypnosis. That's why it's so unique.
