Yeah thats because of the exchange rate. The prices and everything is directly proportional to what you earn as well. The minimum wage in the US is 9$ an hour.
Yeah I don’t drink Bang. It’s always been monster. But I can agree on the $10 thing. I definitely try not to go over that per day. I like to grab dollar store stuff and I stock up on things that’ll last me damn near forever. It’s rough out here. Lots of ramen, chicken, pasta, and basically any other non perishable food
Right? I can live off of $10 for an entire week let alone one day, that's friggin insane. Not about to be spending $70 a week on food. Who do you think I am, the pope?
My college budget consisted of a weekly rotation of chilli, homemade sauce and pasta, and chicken with rice. Those 3 would rotate on a consistent basis
I agree with Jessie ONE HUNDRED PERCENT when she said that in Korea, too many young people debut. There needs to be more balance so people can establish a more sustainable brand instead of a disposable one. Korea has reputation, especially with foreign fans, that once a Kpop group reaches a certain age they are dumped by the company like a pack of bricks, then on to the next one. There should only be new debuts when the demand calls for it - basic economics. 🤷♀️ But I also see a similar problem in the foreign market, specifically the American one where there are hardly ever any new groups or artists that go mainstream. It’s like there is a monopoly on the music industry and the quality of music declines rapidly where everyone listens to the same thing simply because it’s the only mainstream thing out there and not necessarily that it’s actual quality music for the listener. That’s actually why many foreigners listen to Kpop, because there is more quality found among the large quantity. IMHO
A lot of college food is terrible, but God does the Andrew's Dining Hall at Brown have some of the best pizza I've ever had. Make it buffet style like The Ratty and I would never go anywhere else.

If it were me, I would buy a box of Kraft Mac every 2 days. I would have 1 packet for breakfast, get a like a large coke or something for like $4.00 drink some in the middle of the day , and then for dinner a packet of Kraft with some coke.
You can stretch 10$ to like 3-4 days. In the USA maybe more. I'd eat eggs and oatmeal and chicken rice and water from the faucet 😂 maybe a bag of spinach to help me shit it out lol
I know as a college student, you need to have that dose of caffeine to stay awake n all but why people don't drink Water, like they will chug down beverages after beverages but not water.

2$ doesn't matter for some, but health does for everyone. That's hell lotta sugar if you consume it daily.
I think people drink it more for the coffeine kick. Otherwise its impossible to get through the day
