Since you mentioned, IFTTT, then you should mention Tasker as well. Tasker's pretty much like IFTTT, but for your phone. It can do a bunch of things such as auto forward messages, mute your phone on certain locations or time, stop your phone from charging when it hits a 100 and so much more.

Quick tips for hot climate sleepers: Get a warm/hot shower just before bed. This will activate the body's cooling feature, meaning you will fall asleep easier. Taking a cold shower before sleep does not work, as you only cool the skin of your body, not your insides. Also, there is no need for expensive tech to get a good sleep. Ease into a sleep routine before going to bed(~30 mins before sleep). No tech on the bed.
5:53 shows the equalizer app. When you turn up any of the frequencies, all other frequencies will play quieter. So you can't use it to boost the maximum volume of your phone unfortunately!
The feature I want the most is one that my old crappy Motorola phone has but my current Samsung one doesn't. It's shaking the phone to the sides to turn the flashlight on/off. 11:47 1: you got this wrong, pressing the button 5 times does emergency sos, holding in the button does this 2: this makes the device enter BFU (before first unlock) mode, which actually means that if someone tries using a proffesional iphone unlocker to unlock your phone, it wont work. This is because when you unlock your phone the iphone makes a secure key it uses for faceid or touchid that is stored in ram. this key is deleted on every restart however holding the power button in also clears the key.
