Best case scenario is to trade back like 10 or 12 spots in the 2nd and pick up a 3rd. Then draft :
2nd Xavier Legette or T. Franklin
2nd : Best safety available
3rd. Best OG/C available
4th: CB
4th: DT
4th: DE (trade both 6ths and a 5th)
5th: OL
I've done a bunch of mock drafts and I think there's value in all of these scenarios. I think Beane will trade up a few to get Brian Thomas, but he might trade back and still get Ladd McConkey and then be able to trade up in 2 or even 3 for solid talent. No matter what, there will be good players for the Bills to draft wherever they're picking.
They could afford to trade away next year's first-round pick because they possess two second-round picks for the same year, which they might convert into another first-round pick if there's a particular player they're targeting.
Stay put. Draft defense line then take Javon baker. He’s looking like a beast

I think Beane is going to try to get a 3rd so he has 3 picks in the top 100. I expect a stick at 28 and move up in round 2.

It's a stretch he's there. To get AD or Brian Thomas Jr, there needs to be a move to at least 22 and Philadelphia. If a 4th does it, I say do it.

I have all the faith in beane he's shown it . I see elam doing a grand job this yr ,they got rid of that coach that held him back then go trade that late 1st rd for a 2nd and 3rd we have tge picks and cooukd package a player wit it.

Get the kid from Texas who just set the combine 40 record, but small..he was 1-2 round player before that , that kind of speed can be used immediately..convinced they will draft 2 wrs anyway and a very deep draft

IMO, this team is desperate to find a defensive end who can make a difference during the game. Wr is deep. Can imagine a scenario where they trade multiple 4’s to get back into the 3rd for a wr or safety. Trading up in the first is fine but when u do not have a third it makes it tough.
One of the Bills all time great receivers drafted #86 in fourth round. The draft is a wild wild guess.

A big thing the count here is the salary you will have to pay a #1wr next year if we dont get one now. Is it worth trading up to get a #1wr for 5 years on a rookie contract and not having to pay a Diggs-like contract? You could pay a really good D End next year and going forward with that type of cap space, if you dont have to pay a #1wr
I have to agree with the super aggressive move, but i don't think the team has the wiggle room. If we could drop back, yes, but i prefer a move back for an early 2 and get an early 3 for the move
The teams have room to move 5 or 6 which assures a very good WR.
I like Ladd Mcconkey at 28. He is NFL ready
Trey White has signed with Rams. If he comes back his beastly self, then it’s a mistake losing him. But I have doubts. I really don’t know what to make of these other signings. Your job. That was a money move to get under the cap. Plus Tre won't likely be ready to play until Mid-season and he is in the NFC. Plus Rasul Douglas might be a better player and younger . So it's not as bad as it seems and I loved Tre.

If anyone that is hot on their board , and falls within reach, they are going for it like last year. And it paid off. But at 28 a lot can happen as it gets close. They must work a ton of scenarios. I'm amazed how they juggling it on the fly.
Trade up should be for an elite pass rusher if one starts to fall. Wr is still strong in 2nd and 3rd rds

Stay at pick 28 and get the second best receiver in the draft that if he played for Ohio State or LSU, he would be a consensus top 10 pick Legette.
Im all for making a move with a 4th rounder to move up as far as they can for Brian Thomas or AD.
I also wouldnt have an issue with giving up the 2025 3rd to get a 2024 3rd.
A 2024 3rd will cost roughly a 2025 2nd rounder. It's the wait.
I think the Bills could go for Xavier Legette... watch his film.... should be able to get him in late first,,, may at 28. Maybe trade a couple of later found picks to move up and get a safety.... Javon Bullard from Georgia would be a good one. 4.47 forty..

I like trading to the bears because they're low on picks. I say try a 4th 5th and 6th for the 9th and the 28th overall of course.
You'd have to add another 2nd rounder to that this year or a 1st next year. That might work. How bad does a team want it. How greedy is the other team gonna be in terms of squeezing us for every last drop of draft capital.
The Falcons made a move up like that for Julio Jones
Don’t want Beane to trade up this year. Beane keeps giving away our 4th to move up just 2 spots.
Not addressing the elephant in the room. At pick 28, if there is a QB someone wants, that falls, and they want to get the 5 year deal by making him a first round pick, we are in a perfect position to move back and get the 3rd rounder we are missing.
Mike said where was justin jeferson drafted 19 or 20. BRUH! Try 22 and it was our pick that we traded to the vikings for diggs. We got drama diggs and they got a superstar in jeferson. Oh and we gave up more payed more and they got the younger better player.

Trade back get a third Rd. Pick rhen trade back high in the Second Rd. Two high second Rd. Pucks get Franklin and Sweat wirh rhe two 2nd round picks. If Beane stays at 60 RD. 2 Sweat might be off the board unless he falls to 60. Two blue chip starter players.
I think they go edge not DT. Maybe a Latu. Or Verse. Then bounce up in the 2nd and snag a Legette perhaps or later a Jalyn Polk

Let's not ignore the fact that Diggs is 30 years old. How many good seasons does he have left??? We need someone he can past the torch to. To mentor.
Forget moving UP, the smarter move is to move DOWN. Don't be fixated on a "1st round WR". You want to look at the Big Picture, which is roster management over the next 3-4 years. That includes not giving away draft capital.
id rather make the most out of JA17's prime than wait 3-4 years

This is the year to take a step back and reload. Keep their picks and add a lot of pieces. Too many needs and turnover of leaders. Not going to win it all. Let the Jets go all in and go for it.
Disagree. This team is loaded and we need 2 key pieces. At least one more dynamic pass rush threat to get Mahomes off the field. And one bonafied boundary receiver who can stretch the defense vertically, a height/weight/speed guy with good hands who can track the deep ball. We got Diggs still and the great up and coming slot guys Shakir and Kincaid as well as Knox and Cook. plus Samuel who stretches the field horizontally. Then just depth. We are set for starters on DL, linebacker, got our 2 safeties and a backup. Draft another. Got 3 starting corners plus Elam as the 4th guy. Draft another mid late round guy. O-line is set but add another. I would go WR and pass rusher in first 2 rounds. Everything after is gravy. We'll see who's right. I don't think the Jets are going to be better than the Bills. They're still the Jets. Bills are a better team barring injuries, the great equalizer. Hopefully we stay healthy 🙏
