I ordered a east top blues harmonica in the key of G. Question tho, the song has a smoother tone to it when I try (and I'm not good yet) its a much more sharper note. Is how you blow and breath in matter?
It takes much practice to get good tone. Keep it up! Good tone comes from learning to use your mouth/lungs/chest as a 'sound chamber' to make the note sound big and crisp.
Under what category of music this falls into? I dont like blues but I like melodies like this one on the harmonica. I am expecting 2 harmonicas to learn to play similar melodies. Does anyone have any similar tunes in mind?

Not easily no. The first note in this song is an F#. A harmonica in the key of 'C' does not have an F#. Sorry
