As a Pole, I understand the joke at 5:00 as simply a "cock" joke: "Chicken broth? Baśka (a diminutive of the name Barbara), grab the cock!" but in this sketch it's literally "grab the rooster/cock by... you know by what!" - but maybe I am missing something; in Polish, you can call a man who's behaving aggressively (and usually doesn't look like a threat or is skinny, etc.) a rooster (kogut, kogucik) so maybe she calls Roosevelt a rooster and makes a joke about grabbing his cock... I don't know :D The laughter from the audience might be not because of the joke itself but thanks to Katarzyna Pakosińska's iconic laughter. Edit: Just as someone pointed out in the comments, the waitress speaks in a very rural way (adding -ta at the end of verbs in imperative) so it's simply a dick joke :D But Pakosińska always added her laughter to the jokes -> that was the main punchline that would crack up the audience.

Is cooked based on chicken with włoszczyzna - set of vegetables like carrot, piece of celeriac, root of parsley, piece of leek and onion. Fancy chicken soups have variation of sometimes clove of garlic in it or gently burnt onion in order to give sweeter flavour. The most valuable "rosół" used to be cooked with rooster head. Rosoł is usually sunday luch first dish, but also helps in ilnesses as flu treatment. You might come with the term of "włoszczyzna" for soups. The name comes from the name Włochy - Italy. One of our polsh kings wife was Italian and she has introduced use of vegetables in our cooking. 😉🙃

The phrase about making chicken broth - "grab a rooster, you know how" - the joke would be more obvious if it was translated as "grab a cock, you know how" - basically the waitress makes a rude joke out of the simple order by the unsuspecting customer. She could also be making a dig at the guy, being 'cocky' so she calls Baśka to grab him by you know what. But that might be too deep an interpretation. Anyhow, Kogut / Rooster is the same in colloquial Polish as cock, and cocky male, in English
This is also showing the kind of customer service we have endured during communism. This is a typical PRL waitress there for you.
