Chocolate - Coffee MUSS cake layer / A simple step-by-step recipe for cake toppings

  • Friends, hello everyone! Today we will prepare a creamy chocolate and coffee mousse for the cake. This mousse will be a great topping for your cake.

    Ingredients:
    *gelatin (220 bloom) 10 gr.
    *water 60 ml.
    * milk chocolate 90 gr.
    *sugar 65 gr.
    *coffee 1-3 tsp (depending on the desired intensity of taste. I add 3 tsp)
    * cream or milk of any fat content (for dissolving coffee)
    * cream 33% 200 ml. (Cream must be whipped cold)
    This amount of ingredients is enough for 2 molds with a diameter of 14 cm. The height of the mold is 2 cm.
    For D 16 see multiply the amount of ingredients by 1.3
    For D 18 see 1.65
    Ready mousse can be used immediately, pouring into the mold. Or freezing in the freezer in the form of discs, as in my video.
