This guy is way ahead of his time..... and I think the fact that he has lost it all for standing up for a loving God instead of a vengeful, angry God, will be the solid rock and foundation of a new spiritual rationality. Im encouraged by him.

As I listen to the explanation in this video of the "gospel of inclusion" I heard no gospel in it; No repentance for sin, nothing about Jesus or His blood sacrifice is mentioned. And these are key elements of the gospel, the "good news", of Jesus Christ. It seems this gospel of inclusion is about getting in touch with knowing ones self, finding yourself. The true gospel is about finding and knowing Jesus. It's not about us, it's about Him, Jesus.

Repentance is the wrong word, repentance comes from a Latin Roman Church word Re-Penance. The word to use is the word Metanoia, which means make a radical change of mind. A lot of scripture words translated into English, are really bad, and come from Roman Western Jurisprudence, Jesus came to heal and make us whole and to restore us to our rightful selves not to be a lawyer and legalised monster. The Orthodox Church in the East has maintained a lot of original things, not the violent scary crxp the Roman Church in the West had in the 4the Century, Middle Ages,1600s.

"Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils" 1 Timothy 4:1 honestly i would luv to believe this gospel of inclusion cuz it would really make me free to enjoy the pleasures of sin and still believe im gonna be with the God in heaven. i would love to be able to sleep around and believe no matter what im assured heaven, so this would be very convenient for me, but i just cant believe a LIE!

Jesus is soon to come! Ungodly people your soul is in the balance where God is concerned! These verses speaks very serious consequences! Take heed! Act 3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;Act 3:20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:Act 3:21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.Act 3:22 For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you.Act 3:23 And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.Act 3:24 Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.Act 3:25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.Act 3:26 Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.
Jhn 3:35 The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.Jhn 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
2Th 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
2Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:2Th 2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
1Pe 4:15 But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters.
1Pe 4:16 Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.
1Pe 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
1Pe 4:18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?1Pe 4:19 Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.
1Th 5:1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
1Th 5:2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.1Th 5:3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.1Th 5:4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.1Th 5:5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.1Th 5:6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.1Th 5:7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.1Th 5:8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.1Th 5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,1Th 5:10 Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.

Hey Phillip78, I LOVE this guy "Bishop Carlton Pearson"!!
I don't know if you saw the videos on his life, but he had an epiphany one day while watching children in Africa or some place like that and thought: "How could children like this, who have never heard Christ, go to a hell??"
He did more soul searching, but then realized that men have been lying to him and that he had been deceived!!
    It was an awesome story!

I like reading comments and the exchanges that take place, especially when people are civil. As relating to Genesis, God's motives are always just. I like the term that theologians use pertaining to his judgement. They call it His "strange work" and we know nothing God does is strange. Simultaneously while He was "sorry" that He made man, Noah found GRACE! God is the God of Grace. I believe God was sorry not because of His ability, but our choices toward sin. Thank God for Grace.

Most people on hear think it's sad or evil that Carlton now believes in a God of pure unconditional love as apposed to the one of vengeance and torture he use to believe in.
What is sad is so many people believe in pagan ideology like hell and not the truth. Most Christians need saving more than the unbelievers...

folowing a set of rules that defines what is right and what is wrong, than its great please keep doing it. But for Bishop and for me love is really more important than law or anything else, and to learn how to love others the way they are i had to learn that I also am like them. Instead of telling them hey you need to stop doing that because I am also trying to stop and I have faith that Jesus will help. I just love them because they are just like me and we can walk together and help each other.

If we do not believe that Gods holy word is real, accurate, true, and forever settled in heaven, as already stated by others.
Then we no longer have any word to stand on. Stand on his word, the bible says. By every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.
Gods word is for reproof and correction, that leads us to rightousness

It's a shift and evolution of Christianity. It's rough for those who don't understand change who is use to the "them and us" concept or paradigm. It want be long before people will see that this shift this evolution is going to happen and how much better it will be for all people not a select few who think that they only have the way to God.

1Ti 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils!
2Pe 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
Phl 3:17 Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample. Phl 3:18 For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: Phl 3:19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.
Act 20:29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Act 20:30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.
2Co 11:13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. 2Co 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 2Co 11:15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
Universalism is the biggest lie manufactured by the Devil!God gives people a clear choice to accept the offer of salvation or face annihilation! These verses mean that there will be very serious consequences, that's if people don't take the offer of salvation!
      V
Rev 3:19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.Rev 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.Rev 3:21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
Mar 8:34 And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.Mar 8:35 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it. Mar 8:36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?Mar 8:37 Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?Mar 8:38 Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
1Th 5:1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.1Th 5:2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 1Th 5:3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 1Th 5:4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. 1Th 5:5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. 1Th 5:6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.1Th 5:7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.1Th 5:8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
Heb 12:25 See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:Heb 12:26 Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.Heb 12:27 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.Heb 12:28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:Heb 12:29 For our God is a consuming fire.
1Pe 4:14 If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified. 1Pe 4:15 But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters. 1Pe 4:16 Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. 1Pe 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?1Pe 4:18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?1Pe 4:19 Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.
2Pe 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.2Pe 3:11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, 2Pe 3:12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? 2Pe 3:13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. 2Pe 3:14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
Rom 2:5 But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;Rom 2:6 Who will render to every man according to his deeds:Rom 2:7 To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:Rom 2:8 But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, Rom 2:9 Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;Rom 2:10 But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile: Rom 2:11 For there is no respect of persons with God. Rom 2:12 For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;Rom 2:13 For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.

God is one. Therefore, one of inclusion, not exclusion. It is Our Lord's Prayer, not my lord's prayer, but "our". God is love and therefore inclusive and without sides. Abraham came out of his house, his exclusiveness and realized his faith in God is one and God is love. He became a blessing to all nations! Christ blessed and loves even those that cursed Him, but even His disciples couldn't recognize the Risen Son. "May you be one in me as I am one in the Father so you know who sent me."

I have never met Jesus in person, but I don't have to because by faith I believe his words. "Jesus interrupted" is funny. I don't care who wrote what about Jesus, He is the son of God, died for our sins, was buried and resurrected and now seated on the right hand of the Father; making intercession for man. My relationship with him is as real as my wrting this comment on youtube. Bishop Pearson has been decieved and speak another gospel which is not the gospel of Jesus Christ.

This man owned everything any man could own. He was a preacher and gained a lot from it. Why would he walk away from all that he obtained to become broke and loose everything? That should tell you something. church is not a business to him. It's a walk of faith. The whole church is against him and he still stands. He's a modern day Job.

The confusion comes in when we try to expound on something we personally have not read (cover to cover). Most humans rely on the preacher to read the Bible for us. We us his lessons and doctrines to form our ideas. We personally don't know any thing about scripture and then say it doesn't make sense or there are contradictions. Can you imagine movies like the Godfather, Star Wars, or the Matrix....someone explaining those movies to you without you actually seeing the films.

@SwordofManticorE, I agree he needs prayer. My wife was a bit upset with me at one time also, but God did bring her out of that religious thinking also. I accepted this truth pretty easily. I had always had a question that just wouldn't go away. Why would God create billions of people knowing in advance they would suffer for ever. And I didn't DARE ask the clergy cause I KNEW i wouldn't get a straight forward answer.

The whole point is that the religious status quo is no different from the secular one. The religious and secular status quo says: we are separate and one group takes authority over another: the Christians and White people respectively. Of course, there are a those who benefit from this separation and they have tremendous power, so naturally, if someone comes along who is literally breaking down those old notions, they're going be all up in arms about it. You go, Bishop Carlton Pearson.

God consumes with fire, the wood, hay and stubble in our lives. The things that dont deserve to continue. But he REFINES the gold, silver, and precious stones (those doctrines and godly character traits of Gods spirit that abide the fire) Our lives have either qualities of character (which are likened to gold and precious stones, things of value to refine and retain), or gross lacks in character (which are likened to wood, hay, and stubble and which are not worthy to retain or preserve).

the definion to the spirit of life in christ jesus is man denying hismelf (taking up his cross), letting than man of sin perish on the cross with christ, and following christ jesus in the same power of the holy ghost as we see in the book of acts. the question is always; what did man do with his dominion that god gave to him? the answer: man gave his dominion to the creature rather than the creator.

roniwilliams09, you are correct and very wise in stressing the importance of hermeneutics. None of the passages you've supplied state that Olam haba (World to Come) or Paradise is exclusively for Christians. In fact, Rev. 21:8,27 / Rev. 22:11-15 tells us exactly who is cast into the Lake of Fire (not hell). It is the wicked, not the un-christianized. The 'Scroll of Life' is not a church membership book. Rev. 5:1-9 explains it in great detail. It tells us exact 'who' is in that Scroll.

    - correct. the Law was a task-master...... it was given as a type of "spiritual mirror" to show how far we are from the golden standard of of God's perfect standards, precepts, and statues. No matter how hard we try, like Apostle Paul we see that we cannot obey God even when in sincerity we desire to. Lastly I remember where he says that we are of the true circumcision, but we place no confidence in our flesh (our own human natures) No ability o please God apart from the gift of salvation

Where does it say that Christian doctrine hell is real in the bible? I dont mean the improperly translated word hell which has replced the word sheol, hades and gehenna. I give praise to Pastor Pearson for showing courage to follow the messgae from God. He reminds me of what moses did. Left power and wealth to become hated by his friends, so he could truly follow God as Moses did. So again I ask you, were does it say in the bible that this place called hell exist?

  • @YouAreLight
    @YouAreLight 16 лет назад

The gospel is RADICALLY good news!
To make hell real is to make God small. God is not dualistic, only man with his unhealed mind.
Only what God created exists and He is love without opposite. If He wills his children to reunite with Him then that will is deep within us all and it can't be extinguished.
It also means His will will be done in the end because when we see God is not fearful we will eventually chose to return to Him, to our true Self

I see, so Carton is all about the autonomy of "the self" gained from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, precisely the thing Jesus came to save us from.
I guess Cain was just misunderstood and needed "healing".
We must die to ourselves and live this life with faith in the Son of God, not focus on "self actualization".

@3rdEYEbeHolder Carlton left Christianity because he "rejected" the idea of any type of purgatory or hell. That was his biggest issue. He said he could not accept the fact that little starving children in other countries would die and go to hell only because the gospel was not preached to them. And that's when he said God began to speak to him a "new gospel". I am not a follower of his ideals but I watched his documentary.

fixerupper1, why have you suggested Rev. 14 and Rev. 20:14-15? Do you not realize that these passages contradict all that is taught concerning the final judgment? Rev. 20:12, "..and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works." {Emphasis; 'according to their WORKS.'}. Perhaps works of love as a good Samaritan are more important than membership in a Harlot religious system? I don't know. Let us continue our search for truth.

@agumonkk It is so much simpler, and makes better sense, to recognize one God, not 3 in one. I think the American Indians had it right with their concept of the Great Spirit. Carlton is now a 'new thought' preacher, as is Beckwith. Joel Osteen teaches in this same manner. Keep looking up.

@k0smon I think people in general limit who God is and what he can do (being all powerful, all knowing, etc). Since he has all power, doesn't he have the power to inspire certain men from that time to write down his words in ink as if he is writing it down himself¿ I know there are millions of other books out there too but it comes down to believeing God's word and having faith (supplied by God) that Jesus Christ died for my sins and now God sees me as if I never sinned! That's great news!

the exact opposite is true: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that WHOSOEVER BELEIVETH IN HIM should not perish, but have everlasting life". what the bible teaches is that God made man, man disobeyed God yet God loved man so much that he came down to be beating, spite upon and killed by his own creation (humans) all so that man won't perish but that they might be with him. God has made every prevision for man to be save, but u can't reject God and go to heaven.
