是,揉成小球之後需要發到兩倍大(大概兩小時)

可以做9個菠蘿包,每個大概100-120g

I used baking powder, 泡打粉 ☺️
菠蘿皮使用的是泡打粉,不是小蘇打粉,影片還是沒有更正,提醒大家注意‼️
why is it called pineapple topping if there isn’t any pineapple?
The reason is once it’s baked, it has the appearance of a pineapple skin from the outside.

My dough was so sticky even adding more flour didn't help. Don't know where i went wrong ☹
Hello! Did you simmer the water roux until it was condensed and didn't fall easily from your whisk? Extra water may have resulted in your dough being more sticky... If you have any other comments, feel free to let me know.
