Thank you for this video. I constantly find blue jay feathers everytime I walk this past year no matter where I go. I feel perhaps it’s a spirit animal for me. I ended up collecting two large bags full. I realized the other day and I was not sure how to clean them I just had them in plastic ziplock bags. I will post an update after I do this today. @@daveerik75 I’m not sure but when I look up what they mean a lot of it sounds similar to my characteristics as well as my grandmother who passed who ironically who lived in a place where blue jays frequented her back yard. I have a question the tea pot I have is newer do you think boiling water in a regular pot for steam would work
@@kaylat060889 yeah i used to use an old camping pot on the stove for this as well. It doesnt work as well and if you used a little pair of spliers so your hands dont get hot

@@Nothanks450 I’m from Canada so riles may be different. Usa has very strict rules and I believe all natives have to apply through the repository. In Canada you would apply through fish and wildlife
