    This is very informative 😊, I just started my yoga journey this year. I do understand that doing sun salutation practice means worshipping the sun, but I wanna understand the deeper meaning into it. Glad I found your channel, really helpful and I am taking down notes 😁👍.

    Hello and thank you for this … I wanted to ask if someone dies have ‘heat’ is it still okay to use sun salutations ? Pitta dominance

      Hello Lisa, I also have Pitta dominance, make sure not to do it in the direct sunlight and in the hottest time of the day. When practiced with mantras, it helps to harmonise the inner Sun -Pitta dosha.

    when u have mania and u do it in the morning, would u suggest getting into the medidation state? 11:10 or what should i do from there? i c'ant control it when the universe connects with me. namasté 🙏

      @@ApexLife ok so(i think)....when u get a spiritual awakening(kundalini awakening is more heavy)... and u have manic episodes(psychosises-when the dmt releases in ur brain)(its like ur on drugs but ur not)...u can not control that.... it just happens...u can not decide when the universe feeds u with information...so my question is... should i try to step into a calming state of meditation during these episodes... or maybe wait? its all a bit confusing...and hard to explain,that is how i experience it...its like i am allready in a certain mental state.so should i try to calm the mind when it like happens with meditation routines? or just let the episode pass... or not...

      Hi, thank you for clarifying. If the sense of being is too intense then of course do grounding practices, send the energy down to the root chakra, walk on the earth, eat grounding foods, practice qigong-do things that help to calm you down. If the experience is not overwhelming, it’s actually most likely beneficial to allow this energy to move through you in a way that is natural, without trying to block, stop or prevent it
