I have practiced yoga for 17 yrs but have learned many useful things from your videos. What I loved most from this video is your message of "beginning again". This was soothing and also very useful. The cue to lift from the navel in Cobra is exactly what I needed. I’ve been stressing my lower back and this helped!
Wow, I was just looking for someone to help with sun salutations but i absolutely loved this class! I loved the theme of beginning again, I loved working on marrying breath with movement (especially these days I feel like my breath really gets stuck or I'll just be holding my breath without realizing it) but I especially loved how you explained with detail how to execute the proper posture with cues that i didn't even think about before, especially the correct forward fold and the idea of vertebral space and opening up through the collar bone and then the reminders to pull the navel back. I just really loved everything about it! I will definitely subscribe to this channel and try some of your other classes. Thank you, this was exactly what.I needed!

It’s been a few days since I tried this practice, and I’ve come back to say what a helpful cue that ‘vertebral space’ one is. It can apply to just about anything, on and off the mat, and somehow it connects better for me than ‘lift up out of your pelvis’ or ‘lengthen your spine,’ or any of the other cues I’ve been given over the years. Thank you Allie!
