Today, on things that never happened... Investigators would find out what happened. Fire Marshalls as well has police detectives are pretty good at piecing together a crime scene.
SO in this story you told, somebody screwed the doors shut, presumably from the outside, because why would he screw himself into the house with them. Lit the house on fire, then the investigators said "yea this fire started from the outside, after the squatters magically made it into the house after they screwed the doors shut, I see nothing wrong here". It’s crazy how brazen and gutsy the home invaders are. I’m so terrified of going on to private property unless I’m invited or it’s family. When I was a teenager some other teenagers went riding 4 wheelers on top of the mountain about 20 miles away. Some crazy man killed them and buried them on his property. They didn’t find their bodies for about 17 years. The man had no trespassing signs up everywhere and nobody knows exactly what went down but they did eventually find these 2 boys bodies 17 years after they went missing. So I’ve always grown up very terrified of wandering onto someone else’s property. We were taught to not go into other people’s yards or farms unless you have permission or it’s family. I stress to my kids to never go onto someone’s yard or property without permission.
Just FYI, in Georgia those squatter laws will be changing soon in favor of the property owners. Legislation has been introduced, but I think it might have to sit until next year's legislative session as this year's ended a few weeks ago.

What a difference between a state like Florida that says NO you can't steal stuff and California that legalizes shoplifting
That's because California is helping Biden to make the country go communist. It is the goal of progressives as well. Satanists want it because they want the public oppressed and under tyranny. Biden , Pelosi and Schumer are all Satanists even though Biden claims Catholic, he goes against his own church just like Pelosi. The church had to publicly speak out and say that Pelosi does not represent the Church. That's a very rare thing for them to do that. She is for abortion and so are Satanists. She is for the current Heinz 57 sexuality as well as beastiality. She has no moral boundaries. Nor a moral compass either. But look at the company she keeps. Schumer, Schiff, Biden, and so on. All are liars, which the church despises liars and lies.

They will think twice before breaking in. I totally agree
I stress to my kids to never go onto someone’s yard or property without permission.
how did they even find the bodies in the first place, and how do you know that those were the only bodies
Just FYI, in Georgia those squatter laws will be changing soon in favor of the property owners. Legislation has been introduced, but I think it might have to sit until next year's legislative session as this year's ended a few weeks ago.

This sheriff single handedly fixed home invasions in Sarasota County.
No he didn't. It was armed citizens willing to defend their homes that stopped the invasions
@kenshinhimura9387 so, you're telling me, every house in sarasota County has guns, and only got guns, after the sheriff mentioned he'd rather home owners shoot invaders? Because rhe sheriff has since come out in an interview explaining since his public message, home invasions have dropped to zero, which is a hell of a correlation, not to mention the probability of causation is astronomical. Whether every house is armed or not, the fear of risking mortality has prevented criminals from being so stupid as to try and break in people's houses
If you defend squatters then let one move in with you
