    Hello,
    I changed the wheel drive shaft, the wheel rim, everything works well. The wheel is not blocked if I do not tighten too hard when I tighten hard yes the wheel blocks.
    The wear I have is at the hub of the brake shoes, I do not understand, the gear works well. I stop riding because I see metal residue on the rim and above the gear box.

    Hi, should there be any play on the clutch shaft? the reason i have taken mine apart - its a Leader though - is because there was back and forth movement on the clutch shaft. wheh it is pulled 'out' everything is smooth, when its pushed in the clutch gear is rubbing against the gear behind it? neither of the gears look worn and it doesnt look like anything is missing, broken or out of place.

      Hi Can you send a picture. If you are talk about the rear part of the drive belt set up there is always a bit of play as the gears mesh. Not a lot thou. Hope this helps. You can do it 👍

      @youcandoit1828 thanks. I found a forum post that describes the same thing and apparently the gear can move on the shaft as it is shrunk on at the factory. I need to work out a way to press the gear in a bit more!

      I've just did the Variator service on my LX and i also have the same thing. In and out movement of the shaft, as well as gears grinding sound when I push the shaft in. I guess it's supposed to be like this.

      Mine doing the exact same thing although it’s a 2003 can’t seem to get past this iusse at all any help would be appreciated

    Good morning,
    I changed my drive shaft from the reduction gear. I now have wear on the brake shoe hub. I don't understand everything is put together correctly.
    When I tighten the nut too much on the drive shaft, the wheel locks?
    If you have a solution to suggest to me

      Hi something is not right if the wheel nut ends up locking the wheel tight. You need to undo what you've done and double check everything. You can do it 👍

    No video how to change the gearbox oil for Vespa 125 CC ET4 from
    96-99,i have one from 97 and cant find a video how to change oil without take of the engine?

      Remove the exhaust and then undo the centre nut and remove the rear wheel. Then you can locate the drain bolt and fill bolt in front of you. I,ll post a video in the next weeks. You can do it.

    So if i must change the oil in gearbox,must must i then take of the whole engine??

      No not al all. Just locate the lower bolt and drain the oil out and refill in the upper bolt hole. You can do it. :)

      @@YoucandoitwithJules I try,i lift it up,i have been look for the screw for gearbox but cant find it,i can imagine that the screw is on the right side somewhere next to flywheel or under it..i have been look everywhere..and no video at RUclips just for this typical model…
