THANK YOU!! You actually showed the process of getting the belt on the clutch so there’s enough slack to refit the starter gear. I’ve been having a RIGHT mare with it. 🎉
Sam the assembly and the chamber house is totally made of metal or die cast please do explain as I am keen to know and you all know it why I am askin this 🙏🙏🇮🇹
Do you mean the outer casing? They are cast aluminium I had mine powder coated. Not long spent a couple of weeks in Italy and saw Vespa ET's almost every day! 😀

Glad to hear also check out the link in the description as thats where I learnt it from.
A very well made and informative video although I do have one question. What are the torque setting for the clutch and variator?
It wasn't forgetting the belt that had me cringing it was the croc's with socks.
Woops, you forgot to tighten the rear nut!! Otherwise, thanks for the helpful video.
Recommended locktite on the nut.
Plus use a,torque wrench
Thanks mate
Brilliant
the part code, please, for the part between the washer and the nut?

Hi my vespa 125 keeps cutting out after about 10 minutes i wait about1 0 mins and it restarts what do you think the problem is?
Did you solve the problem? Happening to mine now.
Sounds like "auto choke" not moving after
Warm up , happened to my friend's.
Try a new unit , they are simple to fit
quando smonti , fai vedere bene i pezzi che togli. Qualcuno potrbbe essere interessato hai pezzi singoli..😬
