    Needs more bottom end and distortion (breakup ) but excellent. Especially on guitar. Nice one 👍😁

      Yeah the pedal is too trebley and even though it distorts a lot it is not fuzz so not the right kinda breakup for speed king.

    Loved the Gypsy's Kiss harmonization at the end there..... sounded good to me & I always loved that tune.....

    Maybe add an Octave pedal to the mix? I do two purple songs in my set (Into the Fire and Sail Away) and doubling the overdriven guitar with just a high and low octave from an EHX POG can give you that little bit of spice you are missing if you don't have a keyboard player. I find the C9 is difficult to play as it just doesn't respond the way you want it to, as a guitar player. It can be a bit stiff and jarring when changing chords, probably because of the way the keyboard is actually played, compared to guitar. I thought your Perfect Strangers Intro was excellent actually, I'm gonna try that!

      That was the first thing I tried but it doest work wll with my boss oc3 sounded pretty bad. But yeah up and down octaves can spice up some Blackmroe roffs for sure.

      I agree it is complicated pedal and it is not easy to make it sound good.

      Thanks! I tried to find a solution to not have to always call you for the organ but as you can see it didnt pan out :D

    I plan on buying one of these and that pink Floyd pedal and make some absolute trippy music

      @@aydenburris8631 i didnt like sound all that much. Doesnt compare to an organ and doesnt seem to be clean, there is some sort of breakup going on so it is hard to pair with od pedals. But I think you’ll have to find out for yourself, maybe you’ll dig it. Just have the option of being able to send it back.

    It's a cool pedal but I agree with you, you're not going to get that Jon Lord or even Keith Emerson sound with it. I use it in the band I'm in to play a little Steppenwolf and the flute section for the end of Grand Funk's Close to Home but what you played sounded cool.

    • @DogwithtwoBones
      @DogwithtwoBones  2 года назад +1

      Yeah it can be useful in moderation, bet it adda an extra kick to those songs live.

      @@DogwithtwoBones yeah it does especially on Grand Funk where I've had people ask me how I did that part at the end so it is a cool little toy to use once in a while.
