I have been meaning to thank you for these exercises that I have been doing for over a year now. They are varied and interesting and I am in excellent health. I will be 80 years old in August and your program has helped with my fitness. I can hike with the best of them and my knees and the rest of me are fine and healthy. Thanks for making your workouts so much fun and never boring. There are many to choose from.

I discovered you 6 weeks ago. You are so inspiring, especially for a 205lb, 56 year old, post menopausal woman. I finally feel I am on my way to getting my mojo back. Thank you so much. I am going to tackle light strengthening next. I especially love the stretching and pain management exercises. Still not brave enough to lunge yet but I will keep working towards that. My ultimate goal is to be able to sit crossed legged. Small wins.
I wouldn’t call myself a senior quite yet, and definitely not a beginner, so I don’t know why your channel came up. But I just love the calm colors, the plant, the visuals are easy on the eye. And I will definitely be doing these walking workouts when it’s too cold or treacherously icy to go for a walk outdoors, which is pretty much every day around this time of the year. This was absolutely brilliant -thank you so much. I know the importance of HIIT cardio and do it at least twice a week, if not three times (which includes a long walk-often uphill). However, I have been doing more intense stuff for a much shorter time. This is SO much better! I feel like it has really done me good. I wondered if it might be too tame as it is for seniors (although I am 65!😂), but I had worked up a really good sweat by the end. I shall definitely be doing your cardio workouts from now on-nothing extreme, but it really does the job it's meant to!
Exactly Debbie! It's important to push yourself, but in a healthy and safe way. Check out some of my other walking or cardio HIIT workouts, they are all unique and provide the perfect amount of challenge :)
Hi Lauren. Il just finis the Walking session. Great ! Il do aqua fitness 3 to 4 times a week for 90 minutes each. The other days of the week I do your exercise program. I don’t do the jumping jacks on a hard floor because I had a severe knee injury a few years ago.I do jumping jacks in the pool. I visited several RUclips channels during the pandemic. The pool was closed. I have discovered you Channel. WoW! I was a producer on educational public television. Good framing, the music is not too loud and your explanations are clear and precise. I do your more challenging options. Thank you so much from a French speaker. Please continue.
I have to say this: I felt so happy doing these exercises today, it was like dancing....I havent done jumping jacks since long ago.......and here, I did them! Oh it was great! I was sweating! Finnaly! Please keep sending your fine videos! I am sure I wont be hurt in any sense with them...thanks a lot! Keep up the good work! Did this workout this morning and your kickboxing workout video yesterday. They are both great workouts and challenging. I told my husband last night that the kickboxing video was hard but it said it was for seniors. Being the funny guy he is responded with maybe it meant high school seniors. Lol! A very good morning Lauren...just completed yr workouts. This is my first class in yr HIIT workouts. But I must admit that I did some modification to some of the steps, especially the jumping jack and the fast forward moves and steps. I supposed I have to listen to my body.,BUT I'm having fun and enjoying the sessions, although I am off beat somewhere during the workouts. Great start for Tuesday morning. It's 07.15 in Malaysia. So glad I decided to try this - definitely not boring or tedious! Love the 3 tier approach. Definitely sweaty for me, but well worth the great workout.

Thanks Maria. My routines are coordinated to the music in my two dance workouts. At least so far. I may do more routines in the future that are to the music, it just makes prepping and editing about 5X as long.
I LOVE your workouts. I do resistance, strength, HIIT. Everything about your presentation is great - your energy, the speed of the exercises, your reminders. Without going into lots of details, I have chosen to avoid a revision of my hip replacement because your exercises have released something in my psosas muscle. Is it possible for you to create a routine to work on this muscle -- even if it's only 15 minutes. In advance, thank you.

Hi Lauren...i love so many of your videos... Love the low intensity, the variety, and especially I love the barre exercises, as they are so calm and yet really make you work and raise your heart rate. That being said, when you add in the dance type steps, you really lose me. Yes, I'm now old, but I couldn't do dance aerobics even when I was younger. I lose the whole focus of the movement, so just a heads up... There are probably others like me who love to move, but you lose up in the dance stuff.
Thank you for the sweet complements and the feedback Nancy. I hear you regarding the dance stuff. It’s difficult to choreograph and make everyone happy. In the future, just do what you can and if there is a tough move simply just do a step touch or march in place until you are comfortable hopping back in.

First time today. I wanted an interval type exercises and yours is great. I am 57. I needed to move more. When I was younger I did exercise a lot. Need more energy. I love your different levels. I only did first level. Will try for 3rd. Have a great day! Keep up the great work.

Thanks Maria. My routines are coordinated to the music in my two dance workouts. At least so far. I may do more routines in the future that are to the music, it just makes prepping and editing about 5X as long.
This workout challenged my complete lack of coordination, but I loved it!

I LOVE your workouts. I do resistance, strength, HIIT. Everything about your presentation is great - your energy, the speed of the exercises, your reminders. Without going into lots of details, I have chosen to avoid a revision of my hip replacement because your exercises have released something in my psosas muscle. Is it possible for you to create a routine to work on this muscle -- even if it's only 15 minutes. In advance, thank you.

Hi Lauren...i love so many of your videos... Love the low intensity, the variety, and especially I love the barre exercises, as they are so calm and yet really make you work and raise your heart rate. That being said, when you add in the dance type steps, you really lose me. Yes, I'm now old, but I couldn't do dance aerobics even when I was younger. I lose the whole focus of the movement, so just a heads up... There are probably others like me who love to move, but you lose up in the dance stuff.
Thank you for the sweet complements and the feedback Nancy. I hear you regarding the dance stuff. It’s difficult to choreograph and make everyone happy. In the future, just do what you can and if there is a tough move simply just do a step touch or march in place until you are comfortable hopping back in.
