Love that park best spot ever on the beach. Thise legs stickn out the side of the ramp was classic. I lived in the Philippines for 4yrs and my wife is a Filipino there great people so welcoming.

I remember this spot my homie kuya Jack help building this epic spot, he is originally from pasig city in manila and he built his own 4 stories house with his own hands, inside there is skate shop, sleeping rooms, mini ramp and garden on roof top. if you are going back to manila sometime you better connect with him, he is a legend and has his own skateshop inside his house, i used to stay there for weeks, and his family so friendly. looking forward to more vids mate

Wondering how people in the 3rd world afford to skate at a high level. I know a local ripper that lived in an expensive neighborhood as a teenager (last I heard he was in Cali trying to turn pro) but was always bumming wheels, used boards, etc., BITD. I guess he wasn't sponsored by the parents at the time or fully employed, but he was a ripper and went through a lot of boards, shoes, etc. But how do they do it in a Southeast Asian country or South America? Do they have relatives from Western countries sending them money or something?
They make it happen no matter what. They don’t need much to live and be happy. I rather have the Philippine mindset than the western culture of grinding for work ect…
You can purchase in online bro...there is cheap and quality boards better than the Walmart boards or any marts out there 😂....they ride it untill it broke...just replace with a new griptape....no need to wait for your relative from western countries to transfer the cash to your bank accounts 😂😂
online shopping usage is high. plus, skateboard is sold in many places, it's affordable. cheap or high end depending on your budget. it's just like picking your new pants at Uniqlo or H&M. or they get hand-me downs.
@@sunchildtine I've been to some broke countries. In Colombia as of 6 years ago, you could get a driver for the whole day for like $20-$30, and that included gas. I would tip the guy like $20 a day because I thought it was right. When I came back, I hooked him up with a new pair of Vans low tops. He had never had them before and was ecstatic. He was super happy w/ the tips too because he dealt with a lot of Euro-types that don't tip. In countries like this, it seems inconceivable that kids can easily buy 2-3 decks a month, a new pair of skate shoes every 6 weeks, wheels every 2 months, etc., and skate at a high level. Granted, there are rich kids in every country that are sponsored by mom, and much props to the kids that somehow "make it happen" despite the hardships and not being sponsored by the parents.
Not sure if you're being sarcastic but, we have local board companies here. Before that, we rely on someone who has a board and just wait when he gets tired then we can skate... this was many years ago of course, before the first skate shop opened.
