Thanks for making the video. Here's a couple things you should know about your pressure washer setup. 1. Most home spigots only put out a little more than 4 gallons of water per minute. So you're going to be starving your pressure washers for water if you try to run them at the same time from the same hose feed. That splitter that you are using, is probably restricting a good bit of your water flow. 2. You need to find out how many GPMs your 12 volt pump puts out. Make sure that it is adequate for the GPMs of your two pressure washers too you run at the same time. Also you must still consider the splitter restricting your water flow. You should to have at least 5/8 diameter unrestricted water flow to each machine to prevent it from being starved of water and burning up your pumps. 3. You need some water filtration to keep grit and debris from getting into your pumps. Banjo makes in line wye strainers for this purpose. 4. Install some sort of unloader valve and run the unloader back to your IBC tank. Good luck to you guys.
Thank you guys so much I'm about to start business in Guatemala washing trucks and i was wondering how to mount a setup in my truck and the things I'll need. Now thanks to you I know.
Best simple build ever for a beginner can you show how you hooked up water line and pressure washer hose to pump and how to hook battery to pump it would be greatly appreciated

@@MreFEy before the pandemic, I was working for a solar company as a maintenance worker. My job was to drive to different solar farm jobsites & wash the solar panels using a Honda 390gx commercial pressure washer I think. I hauled a trailer with a 350gallon water tank. 2 water hoses 50 ft each. 2 100ft pressure washer lines.. I had fun doing what I did.. lots of hard work in 100° heat days but I got it done... I started with a trailer similar to yours & a small Honda pressure washer for residential use & a 75 gallon tank.. I had trouble finishing up jobs. Then I convinced my boss to invest $8,000 on a bigger trailer, a commercial pressure washer & a 350 gallon water tank. Huge difference.
those pumps in those pressure washers are gonna starve for water and shorten their life. To avoid this, make the supply hose from the tank to 1inch, and when using garden hose use two separate 3/4 in garden hoses from customers hose. and 3/4 in hose's from your switching valve to pumps. you machines will get much more water and the pump will last longer.
Hey man, can you tell me the pump namebrand/the solar generator and where did you get the water switch to connector all hoses from pump, pressure washers and home? Thanks.
About how long will that battery run that water pump? I have a Outdoor solar panel that's made to steady charge an RV or Boat battery, Could i hook that up to mine and passively charge it or does it run down way too quick and need to hook a battery charger up to it everyday. Thanks
I'd like to say thank you for your video! My son is wanting to use his trailer for pressure washing business. I've been searching for a video on set and your video helps out a lot!! Thanks
Have you had a problem with your seaflow pump overheating/burning up/quitting? I run a similar setup with a slightly bigger pressure washer (DeWalt 4000 psi, 3.5 gpm) and I've burnt up 2 Everflow 5.5 gpm/60psi pumps in 4 days......

So how long can you run the pump off the battery without it having to be charged up? You use a battery charger to charge it every night? Or do you have it connected to your truck to charge?
I got a question. How did you get that hose reel? How did you hook up the pressure washer to the hose on it? I have a ryobi 3,000 psi pressure washer and I don’t know how I would be able to hook that up.
Hi there thanks for the info, may I ask what model water pump you are using, I am trying to find a pump that can pump water up about 100 feet of building top. Thanks
Hello Austin, I was wondering on how do I know what size battery do I need for my set up in order to make the pump work ? Will you mind helping me? Thanks
Love the way you built it buddy i did some research on how could i built that type of trailer i found a compagnie that do this type of build and they sell these super nice platform with all you need for 13,000$ may be you could build some unit on your own ??!
You may have mentioned it but is this a soft and high pressure system or just high? I dont see anything for chemicals so i guess its just for high pressure. I guess ifitsjust high pressure the tank is just a second source of fresh water.
Couple of questions: How well has that pump held up for you ? Does it provide adequate water supply to effeciently run both washers simultaneously ? My machine is not a belt driven machine, therefore its water source has to be force fed, and I have been considering a setup such as yours but wasnt sure if this design would work. Thanks !!

Put a rubber grommet on the aluminum edge you cut for the tank hose. The vibrations from the pump could eventually cut into the hose. (9:54)

I bet the pump is still not mounted on the wall?

I would put a volt meter inline with the switch.
Good set up... I think you can fit another water tank if you move your washers forward & tie them down 4 ways. 1 tank for each washer...
@@MreFEy I definitely forgot.. a 275gallon tote weighs 2,500lbs when filled with water? Yea that's definitely too heavy.

What kind of pump do you run? Do you have any recommendations

How does the trailer handle a full 275 gal of water? What is the trailer rated at? Finally how do you secure the tote to the trailer?
do you downstream to add chems for softwashing or whats your setup with that?
Where did you get the manifold? All the ones I can find don’t have the main shutoff valve just the 4 out shut offs…
