Satyananda Yoga Centre is delighted to present this video, Sn.Shivarishi (NKT.M.Jeyagopal) has spoken about the beginners course.
Shivarishi Ji has been a practitioner of Yoga since 1988. Has been teaching since 1993.
With the rich experience of teaching he has been instrumental in the transformation of thousands of lives.
Shivarishi Ji had withdrawn from active teaching to pursue his own sadhana and study in the last five years.
He had announced his plan to move ahead into his spiritual path leaving behind the centre and it's activities to the next generation of teachers.
This year and in 2023 he has planned to conduct his last batch classes and then move on!
This talk was given by Shivarishi Ji as an introduction to the beginners course!
