As a 23 year old male, it usually takes me 2-3 minutes before I'm able to go again, but I rarely experience the urge to go twice in a row. That said, I've actually gone 3 times in a row. That seems to be my maximum, but more often than not, twice is my limit.
I have the same time i need to take in between rounds, but I can go on for like 3 to 4 times

I've learned that comfortability has a lot to do with me recovering. With woman that made me feel comfortable, supported and understood. I couldn't recover quickly and go all night but. If the woman is impatient, judge mental and mean spirited, then my body is like no, let's go. This woman isn't worth it. So I believe it the recovery period has a lot to do with how comfortable a man is with a woman in addition to attraction. Because for me looks will get me up but how you treat me will determine if I should stay.

Idk, I've had some moderate/severe depressive episodes where it happened, and lemme tell ya, reeeeally fed the awful feedback loops. You don't know how to "feel better," sometimes. They can be tough to work through, and it would be nice to see more work done to break the stigmas involved with mental health and sexuality.

I'm not sure why, but I think I once read something about female hormones and sexuality getting a cooled down after pregnancy and delivering a child, same reason why some women start rejecting their couple after having babies focusing more in their maternity period, I'm not sure where I read about it.

Refractory period not only varies from one person to another. But also varies in length in the same individual from one period to the next
That's why you gotta get them going really well and after they've had their fun 2/3 times you have yours. If you need to there's always other ways to fill the time in between, oral, toys, etc..

Depending on my motivation and hydration levels. I can power through my refractory period. If I haven’t been drinking a lot of water, I can’t go again. But if I have I can go again during refractory period but the exhaustion is COSTLY

How did this evolve? Most species, the men are built for fertilizing as many females as possible and this seems counter to that. What is the evolutionary explanation for the refractory period lasting longer in human males?
Because even our understanding og Charles Darwin's theory of evolution is wrong. There's a lot more then just this that comes to human beings and how we were designed.
