For those wondering about the big changes in length from soft to hard in the arrangement. some people are growers and some are showers. Showers are more or less a similar length when flaccid or erect and simply get harder when erect while growers significantly increase or decrease size depending on erection

As someone who had growth in 8th grade out of nowhere..it sucked. No underpants ever fit, everything down there stuck together and i walk bit funny. Also my parent adviced me to never tuck the shirt in..it took me years to realise why they told me to do so.
