I love how Jesse didn't give any measurement to not give false hopes to guys out there. Nothing is going to happen in 7 days, just focus on your health, stop eating unhealty, start working out and after a year, you will be happy with the results.
It does take way longer than 7 days. But none of the things you mentioned, although important, will have a significant effect on penile length
@@matobozo666 All the things I mentioned are just to increase the human growth hormone production and it has been proven that growth hormone does have an affect on the penile length. It’s has been used many times on people that suffer from micro penis, so I believe if you start doing the things I mentioned before being too late, you could definitely speed up your growth.

So I did a somewhat similar test a while ago and here is my take on it if anybody wants to know :D
There is NO WAY for you to increase length in any way without surgery, BUT...
By working out, eating healthy and basically doing all the things Jesse explained some things for sure change.
Also using the Pump like 2-3 times a week made it feel like overall the erection was just "stronger" and had more girth to it.
Eating foods which have a positive impact on your blood flow helps a lot too.
