Perfect timing as I just got my test results today in the morning. Came out to 563 ng/dl. My nurse practitioner said that she has recently seen a lot of men around my age(21) come in with as low as 100 ng/dl and had to put them on test. Definitely something we as men should be proactive about. Stress, diet, environment, sleep. Test levels of a 70-year-old should not be this common, especially at my age. I think I heard even the average 50-year-old in 1980 had test levels of around 500 ng/dl so there's still work to be done. Normal does not mean optimal so I encourage everyone to get tested to see where they are at.
its not only about test but about dopamine levels. 60yos can be happy with practically no test at all. your mental state and energy levels are a combination of all hormones - dopamine, serotonine, testosterone and all others. one meassured matrix says nothing. its all and all

I had experiences with crash dieting and I wasn't competing or anything. I simply went too low of caloric deficit to lose fat. Holy crap not only did I lose fat, a bunch of muscle, and strength as well. It's good to know that it's not permanent damage and that you can correct testosterone levels naturally. I appreciate the amount of work you put in your content, best wishes bro.

yeah I realize now that if you do go into a low caloric deficit that protein is absolutely vital. You live and you learn right? lol
@@giannisparamanis9937 I learned after losing my muscles that if i want to lose weight avoid everything except protein and water because as long your muscles still powerful its assist in losing fat because stronger muscles uses extra sugar=energy to lift weights so keep your protein lose your fat but testosterone better because you earn muscles and burn fat in the same time with only 1 gram spoon

Coming from being 6’2 160lbs to a year of lifting later at 195, started bulking and currently 210, try to get all 3 meals in, with plenty of snacking, that’s what has worked for me

Careful with them joints, in the past I would lift cars up by the fender then do some boxing. My back, knees, and wrists hurt like a bicth when I try to do heavy stuff

I had two results come back at 280 and 208 respectively, I'm not crash dieting tho and they couldn't find a root cause so they threw me on testosterone and honestly I feel no different tbh. I'm thinking about hopping back off and trying it naturally so this video helped, thanks.

I quit watching fitness industry type of videos besides MPMD long time ago but Jesse's charisma is something else, really creative and original content
On a much smaller level, I feel your pain with that transition from cut to bulk. You seem to have to chase the calories for the first few weeks as it just keeps sitting at maintenance or going down to start with 😄 looking happy and healthy bud, keep it up 💪🏽

I’m excited to finally start bulking in probably about 2 months. I’ve been on a calorie deficit for like 2 and a half years and have lost 125 pounds. I can’t wait to actually not feel somewhat hungry all the time

I’ve invested in great sleep, sun, and nutrition habits over the last couple months and seen/felt the results in the bedroom.
My shit was low as fuck so I saw p drastic improvements. Feels great though. If you’re always in the mood and ur soldier salutes you on most mornings, that’s a great sign.

As with getting sick, did you ever notice that when you are on a good workout routine and blasting almost everyday, that you happen to get sick? I wonder if it's because your immune system lowers after weeks or months of high intensity training?
