    Great video. My wife and I got stem cells last week. One of the main things the Dr told me was. - no lifting weights for 3 weeks. The stem cells will target areas of inflammation. If you go work out, your muscles become inflamed and the stem cells will go there and start to heal - instead of the area that you had treated.

    Stem cells are absolutely amazing, essentially they are unspecialised cells that can be stimulated to differentiate into other body cells (what body cells they can turn into depends on what stem cells they are) the embryonic stem cells can be differentiated into any body cells because embryos need to grow all types of human cells, the other type of stem cells are from adult bone marrow - these are not as good and are mostly used to differentiate into blood cells. Essentially the embryonic stem cells can be stimulated into any human body cell - what this means is it can solve many problems, for instance if someone had paralysis the stem cells could be differentiated into nerve cells and placed into the spinal chord, this is still relatively new but it can solve many issues, they are truly amazing.

    When I did stem cells in our clinic for T12 it burned initially and my back was tight for three days. I felt the benefits afterwards almost immediately. Since, I’ve done another round intravenously for myself, my wife and my father. We used umbilical cord cells from live healthy births so it wasn’t embryonic. I definitely would recommend others looking into this before surgery to see what they might be able to be helped with. What I’ve seen is typically the younger you are and the the less weight bearing a joint is the better results. Great video and thanks for sharing your experience with us Jesse.

      Hang from a bar for 3 rounds of 30 seconds to a minute. Let you legs relax and let you head relax and fall towards your chest. Beyond that, so hamstring and hip mobility work.
      As far as working out goes, take things light for 2-4 weeks. You can go harder on machine movements, but you need to give your back a chance to heal instead of trying to destroy it with intense workouts

    Got into a freak accident when I was 2. To the point I was nearly about to lose my entire left leg. Doc preformed a “experimental” surgery that might saved me. Worst possible outcome I would’ve lost my leg. Best outcome was I would keep my leg but we were talking deformities and inability to move properly. Introduced to a 2nd doctor almost as soon as I woke up and he walked me through stem cell treatment. We went to NJ for this in what I’m not going to lie the sketchiest looking facility ever. I was injected for 4 years every 3 months. Fast forward from 2002 and I still have the leg I’m relatively strong and I’ve like to think I’ve shaped it into a way where it looks identical to my normal leg. Couple small discrepancies but very very thankful everyday that I stand and even more grateful when I squat. STEM CELLS are the answer to many wonders especially for those who were exposed to serious traumas and the recovery process. Love this video.
    I do need a hip in like 4 years but thats a different story.

    Super stoked this worked for you! I have disc injuries in my lower back due to a couple falls. I’ve been very dedicated to PT and it has brought me very far for the pain. I’ve also had a couple steroid injections which helped and allowed me to progress further with my PT. I am 40 years old but was very active before injury and would like to return to doing at least some of the things I enjoyed before. Ive spoken to a lot of doctors about stem cells and they all say the same things…. No peer reviewed studies/evidence proving they work. At least for healing a disc injury. Sure the doctors will take your money lol but that’s a lot of money to fork out just to roll the dice. Think about it insurance companies want to pay as little as they have to period. They would definitely rather pay 20k with an injection of SC than 100-125k for a fusion surgery (which is considered the gold standard) for that kind of injury. Maybe one day though!! I am hopeful these doctors will figure it out.

    As someone who injured their lower back, it can be discouraging and I may still be recovering, but all you got to do is take it easy, and be patient. I've been injured for a while now, but I've been slowly getting better and going to the chiropractor and I'm on track to get better. So I say all this to say that if you get injured just don't be discouraged and keep hoping that you will get better if you rest and take the right treatments.

      WHAT is the right treatment?
      Easy to rest, not easy to get the right information in a world of so much information.

    Just a note about how the doctor showing the disc popping out due to lifting weights: There is no evidence that lifting is a direct cause of disc damage/degeneration. Over time, our body (including the spine) degenerates. It’s a normal part of the aging process, but it doesn’t mean we are fragile. Lifting weights actually makes your back more resilient. Please don’t be scared to lift heavy weights people! I graduate from physical therapy school this coming month.
    Another note: Spinal manipulation and traction/decompression is not going to change the curvature of your spine and you don’t NEED those things to heal. Happy lifting!!!

    This video really hit different as I am only 20 with a herniated disc that causes sciatica pain I have been dealing with this for a year now and have tried physical therapy and got and epidural injection with no success. I was worried my next step would be surgery but after seeing this I have hope of squatting again.

    • @donnierion9347
      @donnierion9347 Год назад

      Coming from high school and college sports and lifting at a young age (14) I found myself with a bulging disc at 21 and a full blown severe herniation at 24. I feel your pain... nothing humbles as quickly as being in the peak of your physical fitness (20's) and a disc injury making you feel like an 80 year old man. Much like you, PT did nothing, and actually made the issues worse. Spinal Decompression Therapy + core work + specific stretches got me back to like 95% and saved my life. I reinjured it again in my mid 30's, but that's because I'm an idiot. Look into the stuff I mentioned and don't rush the recovery process. Stem Cells probably help too, but only a select few have the means to afford that type of therapy. Good luck!

    I had major failure in my l4/l5.i couldn't afford to go to the doctor so I worked for 2 years doing manual labor while in excruciating pain until my right leg stopped working. They offered me stem cells or a fusion. I took the fusion and I regret it. I was looking for the sure fix and now I'm in pain every day still 7 years later from the rods and screws. They shift around, I can't twist or lay on my back, it's all around uncomfortable. Somehow I still drag myself to work and the gym everyday. If I didn't I would fade away and die I think.

    Edit 2: Seeing the debate in the replys, here is my take on it. Looking at Jessies history from what we can see online, nothing sticks out like a sore thumb, indicating he hopped on. I do think with anybody in the fitness industry, you can never be 100% certain with how many fake natties there are. You could never convince me somebody like Mike O'tren or Liverking were natty. All in all, there is enough evidence for me that Jessie is natty, and I'll leave it at that. Sitting around and speculating isn't going to do me, or my own fitness goals any good.
