    Good info about food. Less carbs, fat, salt n sugar is best for health. Rice only one time 250 grm may be good.

    I also consious about my health sister.l do forty minutes exercises n i eat one time rice n other day oats,Dalia n puffed rice.i used to eat fruits n dry fruits also but sister my weight loss journey is very slow.yah it's true I use wine but once in a month or sometimes occasionally.plez sujest meh

    I want to lose my weight by eating rice on both meal should i do ? If yes please told what to eat in a whole day with very little amount of rice in meal with more dal and veggies

      Ok. It is possible. But its better to eat variety of grains jastai makaiko aato, bhat, roti, phapar kodo etc,bhat matrai khanu Vanda. Weight loss ko lagi matra haina healthy huna ko lagi, aru nutrients ko lagi pani. Please watch another video in this channel, there is information about this.       Gram ma vanda pani medium size plate ma one third if not one fourth khane ekchotima. around 1 cup of cooked rice 200g jati hunchha. 1 cup chamal, rice cooker ko cup le dui jana lai pugne hisab le sochnu na, weight loss garna khojne le wa even normal physical work garna naparne manchhe le. tara side ma aru pet varine kura tarkari daal gedagudi huna parchha tanna.
