✅Ingredients
• 1 (14 ounce can) sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.
3️⃣ Microwave in 30 second increments until melted, stirring in between.
4️⃣ Pour into the prepared pan and spread out with a rubber spatula.
5️⃣ Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Remove from pan and cut into small pieces for serving. Store in the fridge.
🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴
🥜 Nut Fudges🥜: stir in 1/2 cup roughly chopped nuts (pecan, walnut, or almond). Consider replacing all or part of the vanilla extract with the corresponding nut extract.
🎅🏻 White Chocolate Fudge🎅🏻: replace semi-sweet chocolate chips with white chocolate chips.
🌀 Marbled Fudge🌀: make half of the recipe with white chocolate chips and the other half with semi-sweet chocolate chips. Spoon each into prepared pan to dot the bottom then use a butter knife or toothpick to swirl together.
🍬 Mint Chocolate Fudge🍬: replace vanilla extract with 1 teaspoon peppermint extract.

Thank you for being so concise and straightforward with your videos. While some online chefs like to talk on and go on tangents (which isn't necessarily a bad thing and I know some people appreciate that, I love how you're straight to the point and make recipes really easy to follow for beginner chefs like me. It's very appreciated! Please stay safe and take care 💞

I have been making this wonderful fudge for 40 plus years. I also make peanut butter fudge and a white chocolate fudge with dried cranberries with pecans and exchange almond extract for vanilla. So many wonderful varieties of fudge you can create using this recipe.❤❤❤

I need to make the mint fudge!
Let me know if you do (:
I’ll make this as a nice surprise for my wife. Thank you!
You are so welcome!
I've got to try this after I buy a few sweetened condensed milk for the recipe.
Rachel..so I just took it out of the MW n it's in my 8' pan!! Doesnt look as thick as urs although it was totally melted at 2 minutes..so popping it into fridge now..n praying!! Thanx for all the yumminess!!
It always looks like it's going to be thin, but once you cut it you realize that it's the right size for small bites of fudge. You can always do a double batch to make it thicker, but I find that harder to eat and a bit excessive.
Thank you for posting this. I had everything here and decided to make it. I can’t wait to try the finished fudge. Do you think this recipe would work with butterscotch chips? Also I’ve got some spearmint that I’ll try in a future batch... Thanks again!
My mom always used spanish peanuts with fudge!
I really haven't used sweetened condensed milk in some time but this recipe got me excited to make some fudge so went to the cabinet where I knew there were a few cans that I'd "bought some time ago." Opened one of them and it looked like brown caramel and would hardly pour out of the can. Looked at the "best by date" and was shocked to see that it really had been some time since last used: "01/02/2012." Ouch... My next grocery order will include a few cans.
🤔 I'm going to try this. I'll come back and leave a comment because this looks too easy!✌️
I made and it taste good littler softer than I care for. 😢 I would love to see you do a old-fashioned recipe of fudge 🥳🥳🥳🥳😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇
Thank you!!! Would love a peanut butter fudge recipe if you've got one you love!
Here is my recipe for peanut butter fudge: ruclips.net/video/xA-gyZ2BYxI/видео.html
Th for Sharing this fudge I'm going th make this recipe
Have fun
Tip: cut a square out of all 4 corners of your parchment and then you fold each side and you will have a perfect liner for the fudge.
Sooo tummy
I've done this fudge it's soft! I want a former fudge!
It sets hard in fridge n at room temperature it gets softer but I too want a firm fudge
Superbbb
Yummy 😋
I've tried so many fudge recipes and the one with condense milk was the best one.
except it's not fudge... it's thinned chocolate.
It's like a good thick frosting
@@samename6479 that also is not fudge. :P
@@kingjames4886 how’s it not fudge ?
@@dannya5114 I don't remember, ask me a year ago.
Have you ever tried fudge with raw cranberry halves. Just a little tartness to the fudge. Yummy 😋👍
