Is it possible to remove the upper part (the Display) also and replace both parts with a double-DIN radio like Sony xav ax3005?

Does anyone know if one of the cables at the back of the oem radio is a USB connecting to the central armrest usb port?

@@mitchsmith71 unfortunately no. I got a new radio installed and that usb port now doesn't work. But could be that the people installing my radio missed that lead as they didn't wire into the lights for my auto dimming as well.
I'm thinking of taking a look myself and if I do I'll update
