Brother I get excited every time you post another video. I’m Punjabi but I was born and raised in Canada, and I really don’t have access to a face-to-face Punjabi community right now. I love learning about history anyway, and this is very important history for me to understand. It brings me closer to my culture, it helps me not forget my language, and you just do such a great job of presenting. Thank you for doing what you do! I’m editing because I also want to mention that when people ask me what my background is, I always say Punjabi. I’m a Musalmanani, but I never say Pakistan or India.

Wow Great to know that. Thank you very much for your comments. I came across various individuals from 2nd generation of Punjabi Immigrants in various parts of the world, who actually want to connect to their ancestral roots, but don’t know where to begin. I was thinking to make some videos in English, so all those people could also learn. Its on cards, will surely make some videos in English too.

@@PunjabNamaa Bira, your English is very very good, so I think that would be a great idea. I can understand Punjabi, but I speak it almost not at all. I don’t feel confident even trying really. Doing videos in English would be great, but please know that you’re doing such a great job of helping me stay in touch with my language, by doing these videos in Punjabi. My grandparents were from Ludhiana jhila. Their dialect feels a little bit… harsh to me. I really like your dialect.

There was only few districts of Himanchal pradesh was part of punjab , why u Punjabi people show entire himanchal pradesh in old Punjab map as part of Punjab . Most of upper himanchal culturally, ethnically , linguisticly very different from Punjab . They have their own unique culture , tradition, identity , which in my opinion a million times better than Punjabi.
