Yeah, the anchor bit mixed it up, doabi speakers are limited with deyaa dialect, majority of them don't use it, so more prevalent with Majhail speakers.

In Jhelum city we speak Punjabi which is more majhi but in villages towards Mirpur side speak pothowari language .
My ancestors migrated from sialkot Pakistan to Jammu I was born and raised abroad so I grew up understanding dogri/ Punjabi mixed. I was wondering what do you think from your research dogri is close to what accent?
Dogri Accent is more close to Mirpuri Punjabi, which is itself influenced by potahari and hindko
@@PunjabNamaaoh dogri language is that's why more closer to mirpuri punjabi because mirpur was part of jammu kashmir in old time and there dogri is influenced is by punjabi that's there are difference in dogri and mirpuri punjabi
Dogri is close to potohari

Nice information
Thank you for an interesting video which popped up as recommended on my youtube by chance. You've described the different dialect area's very clearly. It would have been useful to hear more of each dialect & a few of the particular special words used too.
My family have been in uk for over 70 years. Ive picked up Doaba Punjabi as my mother tongue .
I have to listen very carefully to understand any other Punjabi Dialect.

Asslamoalikum dear
Acha puchna ye tha k India k elaky Hisar district to ay logan de Punjabi accent k kis group se taluk rakhti hy?
Their is a group of Hindu Jats known as Pacchade Jat in U.P who migrated from Punjab Potwar in 17-18th century who speak a mix of Hindi and Punjab like Tuci Kitteh ja rahe ho, Tuhada nam ki aa, etc. Famous personalities like Anubhav Singh Bassi belong to this community.
Wow I am Rawalpindi,Punjab Pakistan and we speak such language
They are not from Pothowar but they are Malwai Jats and they were not Hindu when they migrated.
They were Sikh Jats of Ludhiana and Sangrur(Malwa) and they were part of the Tis Hazari fauj of Baba Baghel Singh under the siege of Red Fort.
They are Malwai Jats as evident from their surnames such as Sidhu,Brar,Deol,Dhaliwal,Gill,Mander,Bassi,Sekhon etc.
Due to Hindi belt influence, their language got mixed.
@@hartajdeol8702 They are Hindu rn , I did not say they were Hindus I said they are Hindus
