For non Pakistanis Hindko,Pahaarri,Pothohaari n Saraiki r regional dialects of Panjaabi !!
Hindko and seraiki have not been officially recognized a separate languages and even the speakers of these languages don’t consider themselves as Punjabis so there is no point of merging them with Punjabi, for sure they have high mutual intelligibility with punjabi but even Urdu has mutual intelligibility with Punjabi language but this doesn’t mean that Punjabi and Urdu are the same language
@@msr7373 Urdu n Panjaabi's example does not apply here at all.
I agree with u that Hindko,Pahaarri n to an extent Saraiki speaking people consider themselves different than Panjabis but this is overwhelmingly due to geographic n cultural reasons rather than language itself bcoz these dialects share around 90 percent of basic words but pronunciation is quite different !!

@@mazedabari6438 They could've known their regional/provincial language. They don't have to be ethnically homogeneous for that.
It's because they are Islamabadis, that is the federal Capital (a non provincial area) made after Pakistan came into being and has people from all provinces living together in a mixed culture where they don't really get to practice their own cultures fully since their very neighbors aren't sharing the same culture.
