Often, I feel that my shoulders are too big and my waist is too straight, and being a black woman doesn't create an easy experience with this. I know my body is a blessing, but sometimes it feels like a burden and I wish there was more suggestions like the pink dress at 6:34 for Dramatics. I'm 22 years old, and most Dramatic suggestions feel like the opposite of what I want to feel which is youthful, cute, and sexy like the other beautiful young ladies wearing cute mini dresses instead of more serious and mature looks. Could you make a video on how to do this as a Dramatic? I can't find this anywhere else on RUclips and thank you for discussing this! 🤎🤎🤎

@@lovettebubechi7185 This comment reply really blessed me. I've been on the body line journey for a while, and made some mistakes at the start, like most.
First I thought I was an FN, but the Natural lines do not fit, and I after I took more time understanding the test, I'm definitely a D. I've been dressing in wrong lines many times to try to look more this or that, always looking different from other girls, somehow, not getting the same effect. and people's comments have nor helped. Too thin, too this, too that. Never finding pants and sleeves long enough. Finding Kibbe was a liberation. It's ok for everyone to be who we are, and all shapes are beautiful, and we all are womanly and feminine in our own way.
It's a learning process to internalize the Kibbe line recommendations and how to apply them, and there is truly too little inspiration out there. I don't aim for thirty different, monochromatic suits in my wardrobe, lol.
I prayerfully hope this channel can be monetized soon, so you can get paid for all the effort! 🌿

Hi! As a Dramatic you can wear very short mini skirts/ dresses if you're into that style. A straight, 60's inspired dress can look super young, sexy and fresh. Your legs will be the horizontal line and a very short skirts/shorts will not break it. You can choose monochromatic to maintain the horizontal line, but still keep hip and fun. Longs skirts also work very well.
Now the Wednesday look is becoming super popular. With all black you simply cannot fail.
A few K-pop singers use D lines sometimes, if they can be an inspiration, I just don't remember names.
When you are young, you can pull off more deviation from the line recommendations.
One tip: Learn to do some alterations, like removing frills, altering hemlines. Or make it a habit to take things to a tailor. You van wear similar things as the other girls, just follow your line recommendations as far you can and want, and you can always add some D elements, like jewelry, stiffer fabrics and so on.
Some items for Dramatics are easy to sew, as straight dresses and skirts.
As a D, you can pull off fishnet, see-through, PVC and leather without looking trashy, if you like those styles.
You can add Picasso style or geometric prints on t-shirts/jackets, your own version of what the other girls wear.
Halternecks are great for straight shoulders, btw. and cannot go wrong if you are going for sexy and feminine. Don't envy the hourglass. Many would love to look like you in a monochromatic, straight outfit If we stop wanting and trying to be like someone else, we can look quite "regal". David Kibbe somehow saw that and made it a goal of our style transformation.
