    Tip...When calibrating the throttle position, use the pedal rather than manually opening the throttle body, unless you are 100% sure you get the same opening with the pedal.

    vacume advance works at idle not when you are excelaearing

      Depends on how it's hooked up. Some cars are hooked to manifold vacuum and advance at idle, others are hooked up to ported vacuum and advance with engine speed. Some Toyota distributors have dual diaphragm advance and will advance at idle and with engine speed.
