Samsung Galaxy J3/J5/J7 (2017): How to transfer data from internal storage to micro SD card?

With this video, I want to show you, how you can transfer data (copy or move) from the internal storage to the microSD card of your Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017), J5 (2017) and J7 (2017).
I have use a Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) for that video.
This works for documents, images, videos, audiofiles (like music), APK's and so on.

My phone will not make it this easy, it keeps telling me that the source folder and destination folder are the same, and it does not look this straightforward. What do I do if this happens, because I am trying to move stuff from my internal storage to the SD card, and it won't offer me that option?

No copy or move file on mine. Options are only Move to secure folder or Compress. I have an SD card installed with plenty of room.

when you click on internal folder you open internal folder not the SD card and I don't have an option to move from internal to SD, only a "secure" folder that I hafta download
