When I went to Samsung, the person in chat just kept asking me all sorts of personal (which I didn't answer) and stupid questions and after about 5 minutes of bullshit did they even ask me what my problem was. So i left and here I am.

It's stating that Sim Card is not detected. The other vids for the other versions have one applying pressure to the area of the sim card. Is that what I would do here? Not sure why they keep putting out new versions with not fixing the recurrent problem.

I want to increase my storage, and I thought that I had to replace the factory SD card with a new card. But how do I keep the operating system and everything? I did not know that the phone uses a SIM card for that stuff, and the SD card is a whole different thing! Awesome! Thanks for that. Now I am confident to order a new SD card!

Yes, the SD card gives you extra storage so you can move of your stuff on there instead of deleting them.
