ABOUT BON APPÉTIT
Bon Appétit is a highly opinionated food brand that wants everyone to love cooking and eating as much as we do. We believe in seasonal produce, properly salted pasta water, and developing recipes that anyone can make at home.
This guy great to watch. Honest, insightful and clearly has a passion for great food. Would love to see him in a mini series all about Mexico City!
Wow this guy is a great host and this place is beautiful. I can't get enough of this culture
Oh God, this made me super hungry! Mexican food is the best.
Contramar is basically on a very nice roundabout surrounded by many cool restos, cafes and bars. Lots of outdoor seating. Great vibe. When in CDMX even if you don't go to Contramar, definitely spend some time in this area. 👍
that restaurant has amazing lighting
Love Rick and Mexico City!
And Contramar looks amazing.
💗
Oh wow, that looks so delicious! I better book tickets to visit Mexico City soon! :)
Yeah you definitely should, lots of countries have delicious food but Mexican food has been declared World heritage by the United Nations so as a Mexican is something that makes me really proud. you are welcome anytime
Incredibly good looking food! Can't wait to travel to Mexico city one day!
I've been to contramar many times , It's absolutely delicious. If you go, please try the "pulpo" tostada with a cold Mexican beer. I can't wait to back to Mexico City and to this restaurant.
First place I ate when I got to Mexico! Gonna have to get the snapper next time!
Pescado a la talla is very popular and traditional dish in Acapulco, Guerrero! Always so happy to see when chefs are inspired by traditional food. If any of you are ever in Pie de la Cuesta, Acapulco visit the restaurant Tre Marias for authentic Pescado a la talla. Visiting CDMX in September def making a reservation at Contramar!
I would love to visit Mexico city now.
Man I’m taking my family to Mexico for sure!
[mouth is watering]
I LOVE Contramar ♥️
Haha, just realized that I ate there in January. The shrimp tacos were amazing!
I love this guy!
Without question, Mexican cuisine is #1
SUPER!!!
That snapper looks fucking awesome! Might have to give a go at it some time soon 👏🏾
Thanks a lot mate I'm hungryb
Everything looks amazing. Does anyone know how expensive this place is?
+iPodTouchTurtle The red snapper is USD $17. The plate of four tuna tostadas is $10.
It's cheap if you're from a first world country, mid priced if you're mexican.
Eating at 3pm is not dinner. That is called lunch.

HAPPY 444 day
have you guys ever come to indonesia?
or just try indonesian food?
surely you guys will like it
we have more flavor then maxico food but also not to strong like indian food
More or less is completely subjective, to me, mexico's culinary abundance exceeds those to indonesians. But saying this doesnt mean that indonesias food is bad. And once again, mexico vs indonesia's flavour richness is subjective. Contrary to ones opinion. So i dont think its right for you to say indonesia has more flavour than mexico or vice versa. Same like the indian one.
well they claim everything is better there. except they don't wanna claim the massive haze that they cause every year that effects its neighbouring countries. Madness.
If you can't even reply to an argument in a proper way there's no need for you to be in youtube. Pretty sure youtube isn't a place for 12 year olds anymore.
I see, you really are that dumb aren't ya.
Real Mexican Food Can Only Be Found In Mexicooo! Dont Stereotype What You Find In Other Countries.
clearly the tacos we get here in the US aren't authentic. those look soft or puffy for the hard shells. more like chalupa shells we have here
28th comment yeah!!
If you're eating anything from the Pacific, You have forgotten the 3 full melt downs STILL going on in japan now over 6 years now of poison going into the fish and all who eat it, Slow painful way to die...

Por q este primo quiere y pronuncia las palabras en español como q no supiera
Cállate resentido
Freshest isn't a word. It should be Fresh - Fresher - The most Fresh not Freshest...
Why do Americans never pronounce herbs without saying - Erbs ? It's got an "H" in the spelling.
Why do British people pronounce z as zed.
Thats right - Its a zed, which is the right way to pronounce it..... Dont forget, its the English language.. :)
+john wheatley If you ponder for an Hour you will come to an Honest conclusion why the H is often silent.
I thought a lot of dictionaries agree that both 'herb' and 'erb' are the correct pronunciations???
I have just checked in the "Concise English Dictionary"..... And it definitely listed as "Herb" and pronounced with the "H"...... HAHA.... I win :)
food=like, host=dislike
This guy has the worst job.
How is something kissed on a grill for 7/8 minutes? Anyway, Vice still blows BA out of the water in both content, and quality, not to mention volume. Can we get some edible marijuana videos already?
