Quick correction:
For Voting Gauntlet, the recommendation to not use flags is for collecting quest rewards. You do need to use flags to get mode points.
Can you explain this further? I've been playing since launch and I've never heard of this
I really appreciate videos like these and the Astra guide, i know they take longer to make so thanks!
Last time they played Rokkr was what, beginning of book 7? And before that, like book 5? Its been years since we got the mode to run. 2 times a year feels generous.
Just gonna say if you want easy kills with the summoner for MS, just put them in the front line. Plus you got the two different flame structures and self dance structure for the summoner which really makes getting kills easier.

I genuinely thought Auto battle affinity was the worse mode they made until you mentioned that mode and I was like ‘oh yeah that’s definitely a mode that exists’😅 at least with Affinity battle you can kinda see what’s going on….but man😔

Thanks for making this video! It really does help a lot a f2p player like who suffered a no 5* outside spark for about 2 or 3 banners now.
Honestly speaking I'm not a fan of the new game mode... it's like a worse version of Lost Lore.
I only do the bare minimum for the events specially voting gauntlet (by minimum, I mean just get rewards and forget about the event) while still getting
a somewhat ok amount of feathers in that mode.
For Mjolnir's Strike....
I just went with the Wind Tribe Club (or I'll try the White Wind Bow+ next time) with Distant Stance on my summoner and have the Citrinne + Noah combo (4 status buffs) nearby + Attuned Triandra or Rearmed Plumeria. That should give him plenty of firepower to get 5 KOs.
For Tempest Trials, I still have my trusty OG Marth for this game mode as a support Unit. Some of you might want to consider using Celine in this mode depending on team composition.
Yeah I agree on Dragons and Tomes on Pawns of Loki... get those movement type and color bonuses ASAP. Though depending on the situation Bows and Daggers can be useful as well (ehem Wind Catria with A/S Prime 4 ehem)
Grand Conquest might be something I really need help on because I used to be able to clear the reward ranks easily but now.... yeah it seemed to be more difficult with the new units that I ended with with Wind Catria buff experiments
(on how much status I can give her and her target.. highest I got so far is 14 status on her and 3 on her target.... +68 on her atk and spd)
This is a very nice guide for new players. It's important that they understand that the greater amount of orbs we get in this game come from the events, not the permanent modes (not grails and flowers, though). So it is very possible to make your entire experience in FEH entirely about the events and summoning. Just try to coast at tier 20.5 in Arena, go in and out from the Vault of Heavens in AR (play seriously only at tier 23 onwards and then do the auto dispatch thing the next week to demote again from the Vault) and make easy runs in AA+ with a low scoring initial team; AB is fun and very easy as is, and RB is competitive only for whales anyway. Doing this you'll still get decent rewards, just no optimal ones. I play this game competitively and totally F2P, but from time to time I take a break from it doing this.
Since I'm here: IS should run Rokkr Sieges and Seer's Snare more often! I love those events.
It`s not that trivial to score in AB since you need to kill with the paired Units and target only their respective bonus color, right? I mean, you can just mindlessly sweep the map but that won`t make it to high score. Same with AA+, you can just run it in easy to have it done but I find it is the mode that allows you to use your newer shiny toys without worrying for scoring beside the first battle
As a pol enjoyer, i agree with what you said to some extent. Ive always focused on having good combat so i can keep the HP i have rather than stacking a ton of hp to lose more than half of it later. The best units for pol are the ones that do have high hp, but also have notable combat oriented aspects.
A lot of older units esp with arcane weapons will have high hp. The line of squad ace seals that give HP +5 and +3 in 2 other stats are very big in this mode and you should use every single one in your brigade. The newest boost 4 skills are incredible too, though only fireflood exists at this moment
Has it really been that long since Rokkr sieges was out? I completely forgot about it, a lot of these once every blue moon modes are always active when I’m at work and then I’m too tired to play them it’s the main reason I never play Grand conquests.
I still want them to add Seer’s Snare at least every month like come on IS everybody is frothing at the mouth to play it, also imagine if the weapon triangle from Seer’s snare was made optional for the main game that would be utter chaos😅😂
If you have friends that have strong units (at least lv40) then you go into a voting gauntlet match with a lv1 unit and auto battle. Your friend’s unit should be able to carry you since the enemy level is only dependent on the unit you go into the match with.
I don't think I've ever gotten top tier in grand conquests. It seems strange how difficult it is to get there given how easy it is to say, complete HoF or reach 50,000 in tempest trials
It's year 8 of this game. I really don't expect them to come out with anything more interesting than what we've got already.
This is great! Also, not an event, but don't forget to do every 6th Skill Study and Grandmaster tactic drill in the Story Maps for an orb! Another tip (correct me if I am wrong) is to use specials in Rokkr Seiges that boost damage like Astra because you do thousands of damage a hit, so scaling off a stat isn't nearly as good
I like using healing specials there because it’s a guaranteed full heal every time because of how much damage you deal.
I use the Summoner in Mjolnir's on the top of the screen because they can't initiate. Can't use the structures as effectively but with powerful units it doesn't matter.

I’m not necessarily a whale but I don’t mind dropping 100 bucks to save between banners until there’s a banner with characters I like
And considering there has been hardly any Jugdral banners and 0 Thracia banners-my orbs are safe
You also get 8 Trait Fruits and 20 Divine Dews from Forging Bonds.

For the Mjölnir's Strike, what would you recommend for a Summoner build? I got back into the game after 3 years so I'm slowly catching up.
great question! there are 2 options.
1) i do arcane eclipse, atk/spd finish, luna, special spiral 4, panic smoke 4, & the bonus doubler seal. i use the strategy shown in the video then, and funnel enemy units down the right side
2) another fun one is to make your summoner a galeforce unit with arcane prima or arcane Luin. you then put them in the first slot and take out as many enemies as you can with the rest of your hero's being on cleanup.

The absolute easiest and most budget Mjölnir's Strike strategy:
Use a healer with dazzling Gravity, Obstruct and Savage Blow to soften up the enemies and to control their movement flow. Use a ranged Summoner to nuke/AoE the incoming enemies. Also, don't put a structure right in front of the ledge. That way your summoner can move more freely.
The problem with using any unit at the top of the screen to actually kill enemies is that you steal kills from your summoner and then you have to play multiple times.
Wait, why did you advise to not use flags in VG? What's the reason?
My way of playing VG is to pick unpopular units so that I'm more likely to get high multipliers. I then use my flags on day 2 of each round to accumulate high points and end the third round with a high total score to get 10k+ feathers. It's the feather mode for me. If I don't use flags, I won't get any feathers (only 500 in case my team wins).
It was just in case you only wanted quest rewards. The coasting strat. For scoring yeah you need to use flags.
all of the modes aside feh rougue like i pick the orbs that mode is not fun while on IS #3 unlocked everything and finished the rewards for now
How do you get Galeforce, I'm a new player
You can get Galeforce from five star Cordelia, I think you have to spend 20k feathers to merge Cordelia into a five star.
