Yeah this game took me years to beat it cause I first played it for pc the demo a lot so it was a piece of cake doing that level in the beginning of the game for ps2 then i had it for ps2 like I said then we didn't until I re bought it and I was stuck on the centaurs after Pierre until I found how to beat it kept going until I beat it 2 days ago , this has been the only TR besides the last revelation the longest for me to beat I said to myself after going through all that in anniversary I'm not doing it again but coming back to hear this song makes me want to do it all again :)

It doesn't matter if you love the new games, or if you are a fan of the older ones. One thing's for certain; The CD games have a far superior soundtrack. Troels Folmann is a phenomenal composer.
Leo Nardo i dont know i think the Soundtrack they created for Tomb Raider 2013 is really awesome. They even created a new instrument to give that Island a unique sound, and its totally Epic. But i will always love the old soundtrack
I miss so much the original TR, it has marked my life on games, even with bad graffics still made me feel that was me in the gameplay. The music, ahhh the music, just gives me chills on my spine, not even sure how to explain it! 😍😍
I LOVED this game because it was so hard to beat.. especially the Greece part lol i really fell in love with TR games and Lara with this one. If game has no challenge then what is the point? TRA had so many puzzles that you HAD to make your brain work and for a kid of 7 this game was masterpiece for me 🤣 I literally developed my brain and thinking with Lara honestly.. if they made more games like this now kids would actually be smarter... ❤️
When I played this at 7, I actually struggled to solve the puzzles in thid game! I played it recently on my pc, and after beating the game, I realised that the puzzles were far easier than I thought! 😂 I hope there are more games, that are as good as the tomb raider series, I want to be able to use my brain and solve the puzzles; I love solving them! If you like playing these mind-bending games, you may enjoy playing "The Da Vinci Code". It has a lot of puzzles, and I would not recommend letting a child play that game - they are so difficult🤣

I've only just come to appreciate Troels' version of the main theme, I always understated it for missing certain parts the original had, but now I see that it offers its own take that doesn't stray too far from the original, and in some ways even outshines it.
One of the best games I've ever played in my whole life. I still remember how Tomb Raider Anniversary was so significant within my childhood. My dad, my grandfather and I used to spend whole days trying to figure out the puzzles, looking for a new way to beat the boss or just collecting all the relics. Nowadays I still have my playstation 2, so I still can play this masterpiece, and every time this ost plays, I remember how we discovered all the unknown scenarios of Egypt, Peru, Greece and many other countries, together. 🔥

I found the classic tomb raider best. Lara Croft was such a strong and humble personality there, and now in the new parts she is injured, all ten meters and the great martial arts she has no more on it.
You see that "Square Enix" at the bottom of the video? Considering what other games Square has had a hand in, this soothing music is actually expected.
Square Enix didn't have a hand in the making of this game or the OST, they bought Eidos(the previous and orignal publisher of the TR games) and started work on the 2013 game and onwards. Crystal Dynamics and Eidos made TRA. The logo is there at the bottom cuz they own the franchise now and this must be a recent remaster
I hope the next series of Tomb Raider games goes back to the mystery and discovery of the originals. Nothing wow’d me more than seeing the giant sphinx hidden deep below underground, drenched in darkness.

Eidos owned TR in 2007 when this was released. Square bought TR in 2009 and sold it away in 2022 thankfully.
