- SoCal native Don Ketterling of DH Ketterling Consulting shares his experience in numismatic markets pre-PCGS and pre-grading service. Hear his origins attending the very first Long Beach Expo in 1964 and many more in the years to follow. From getting his first job at a coin shop at age 13, to owning his own shop in Sherman Oaks, CA in 1978 right before the market boom when the value of precious metals like gold and silver skyrocketed, along with other numismatic items. Don recalls notable fluctuations in the market over the years.
