Ang alam ko there is 2 way, the buyer will pay your full loan sa bank.. then the second one the buyer will continue your amortization. I hope you can explain this much further. Yes you can give SPA or Authorization sa Laison Officer, meron kasi mga Documents sa RD and BIR na need ng authorization ni Seller and Buyer. For DOAS na under value, yes yan kasi ang ibibigay nyo sa BIR.

Yes zonal value per city or municipality is still the basis of cgt and dst.

Yes, pwde mo i-under value.. medyo mas mataas lng ng konti sa zonal value para hindi ka maquestion ng BIR.
