As a condo unit owner the reality is not all the time the unit is tenanted and not all the time the rent rate is more than your bank mortgage, thus the cons is if someone has no emergency fund in case that the unit has no tenant, and owner becomes jobless, the unit becomes foreclosed and credit score brings bad reputation and this is the Big risk for a growing nation amidst crisis

Hi, sorry hindi pa po.. need mo muna matapos un 20% in 48 mos.. then need mo agad ipasok sa bank for financing un 80% balance.

Yes, normally 30 days bago mag end ang contract ng renters dapat alam mo na kung mag renew cia or hindi.. so kapag hindi, pwde mo na agad i-advertise un condo.. pra pag alis ng renter, meron agad new coming in..

Sir salamat sa advice Maybank po ksi ako nagloan ano kayang maipapayo nyo sa mga borrower na katulad ko para malessen ung interest rate since good credit naman ako sa pagbabayad ng loan sa kanila at never missed an opportunity to pay mejo alangan ksi kming mga ofw dito sa abroad cut pay ksi karamihan ng company dahil sa pandemya.
